Richard is a knowledgeable oil heating engineer who gave us a clear quote, turned up exactly as he said and with great communication.

From initial booking to follow up service everything was first class. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Friendly, efficient and competitively priced, I shall be using them again.

Richard has been been servicing my gas stove and central heating system (which he also fitted) for more years than I care to remember. He is utterly reliable, always answering or returning calls the same day. The quality of his work has always been flawless, and he is very respectful of our property. Very highly recommended

MS Cookers and Boilers came out on their same day when we had a problem with our hot water. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Would definitely use them again.

Very good communication systems resulting in a job done effectively and efficiently. Richard works hard and puts his knowledge and skills to good use. We have an older house so he often has to problem solve and use his initiative. Excellent customer service.

Really happy with my new oil boiler. From explaining what was needed at the beginning of the process through to the fitting and completion, Richard has made the whole process seamless. He clearly knows what he’s doing and gets on with the job with no fuss. Richard has also serviced our aga for the first time which until he started looking at it it had not got to its correct temperature for years! Highly recommend Richard and his company!
