I have ordered an item for â¬9,99 and paid â¬5,99 for transportation. I wanted to return it since it deviated from the description and they would have charged me â¬9,99 for the return. This is very bad service.
Update: In the meanwhile they came back to me with very helpful suggestions so I had to modify my initial rating. Very good customer service at the end!

Highly recommend these guys. The product was on sale, and came in flawless condition. Would have arrive ahead of schedule if it wasn't for a mix up with the phone number on the initial order, which the staff at MTBIKER (lookin at you Matej!) were absolutely wonderful about, and really helpful, on the ball within minutes. Can't praise them enough.
If you somehow end up having issues with these guys, it's gotta be you, not them.
