Scandaloso

Ancora prima che arrivi il prodotto ho già le madonne girate.
Danno la consegna in una settimana. Ad oggi, sesto giorno hanno rettificato, dicendomi che ci vorranno altri 5 giorni.
Dal tracciamento sembrerebbe che hanno consegnato la merce al corriere dopo 3 giorni lavorativi (5 compreso il week-ed)
Adesso Ú ferma a Udine da 3 giorni....
Prima e ultima volta che acquisto da questi, purtroppo mio errore che mi sono fatto ingolosire da 20€ di sconto rispetto ad altri shop.
Prossima volta spendo qualcosina di più e in 3 giorni ho il mio prodotto

Buongiorno,
ci dispiace molto per la situazione relativa al Suo ordine. Abbiamo imballato la spedizione il giorno stesso successivo alla creazione dell'ordine. La data di consegna prevista era il 30/07 e confidiamo che Le verrà recapitata al più tardi entro il 31/07. Stiamo verificando l'accaduto direttamente con il corriere e La informeremo via e-mail al più presto sulle cause del ritardo.

MT biker package didn't get delivered

After a week MT biker wrote me an e-mail that the package got returned to them (although the FedEx track and trace showed that it never left SK, I live in NL). I could pay the delivery fee again for a second try or ask for a refun. I did the latter. It feels a bit like a scam.

A colleague from the claims department sent general information about the returned shipment to our warehouse without checking whether it was dispatched correctly. In this case, you would not pay any additional shipping costs. Based on your request, the order has been canceled and a refund has been issued. We hope that your future customer experience will be more positive.
