We're MTRX Property Services - a property operations company built for hosts, landlords and businesses who need cleaning done properly and reliably. We started with one simple frustration: property managers and Airbnb hosts couldn't find a cleaning service that actually showed up consistently and did the job to a real standard. So we built one from scratch. Every clean we do is photo-verified - bed, bathroom, kitchen, entry, supplies - sent to your WhatsApp before your guest arrives. If your usual cleaner can't make it, a backup goes out. You don't get a stressed message at 8am. It just gets handled. We cover North Dublin and the surrounding areas. We don't spread thin - we stay focused so we can move fast when something needs sorting last minute. We do Airbnb turnovers, commercial contract cleaning and one-off deep cleans. The bigger plan is full property operations - maintenance, linen, inspections, everything a property needs in one place. One company, one call. MTR are our initials. The X is the intersection, the point where our work meets and different systems connect into one. MTRX means intricate interlocking systems. That's what we're building. Properties looked after. We've been using MTRX for several months now to clean The Pilates Club studio in Malahide and we are very happy with them. They are reliable, trustworthy and leave our studio sparkling! Add to that communication is great, we're told in advance if we need to replace any cleaning supplies and they show up regularly and on time. Very happy to have found them and to recommend them.
