Excelente atendimento

Excelente atendimento! A solução foi rápida e tranquila. O suporte respondeu prontamente, forneceu o código de ativação e meu THINKDIAG voltou a funcionar normalmente. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento.

Friendly customer service

Friendly reply with additional information from what you can find online. Not to worry if you are chatting with auto-bot. But will be good if there is indication that Customer Service officer is "typing...."

Best product ever used.

What a great product, very user friendly and provides the best, easily repairable detail on a print easy report. This product has done everything and more. Made may work allot better and uncomplicated.

Quick & to the point solution to get…

Quick & to the point solution to get rid of the problem, finally solved because Serial number on scanner has V0 extra on the end which caused the headache of getting past SGW.

Also Maserati Levante 2021 has no solution listed to get rid of irritating “Start & Stop “ to disable, disappointed there.
Thanks anyway!
