The Mucar customer service was great. Even though it would not do the key programming on my vehicle , they offered me a refund to make up for the inconvenience. They also offered me to return for a full refund but the tool is really a great tool, so I accepted the refund and kept the tool. Great product and great customer service.

I was skeptical at first! However, after getting better acquainted with the THINKCAR 689bt, i am really liking this unit. I had a couple issues in the beginning, but Customer Service responded very quickly and was able to provide a solution. Turns out my issues were my lack of understanding how to operate it!

I was able to get the information i needed but it took a few back and forth emails to determine the methodology to get there. I did have trouble with the trying to get Tech Support via telephone. Not sure why but when I called was told number was out of service. or call could not be completed. This necessitated using the email route to work out my problem. But in the end I resolved my issue.

Solved the issue with some emails. And pushed the needed configuration.

I had an issue with a cancelled coupon on an order, which caused some inconvenience, but support resolved the situation and issued the refund as promised. Communication was polite and consistent throughout, and they followed up to make sure the matter was handled correctly. Although the coupon cancellation was unexpected, the support team ultimately honored the correct price and addressed the problem professionally.
