First of all, the quality of the phone case is absolutely terrible. The leather is already showing visible cracks, especially where it bends. It is obvious what will happen after just a week of use — the cracks will only get worse. The material is already creased, and tiny cracks are clearly visible along the fold.

Secondly, I have been trying to get this company to send me a QR code so that I can return this poor-quality product AT MY OWN EXPENSE, simply because it was shipped from Spain.

And yet, they seem completely incapable of resolving even this basic issue. I cannot get the QR code, which means I cannot even return their defective phone case.

What an absolutely awful company and a terrible customer experience!

And now, directly to your company: I expect you to arrange a FREE RETURN and provide me with a prepaid return shipping label or QR code.

I should not have to pay return shipping costs for a product that arrived in such poor condition. The leather is already visibly cracked, which raises serious concerns about its quality and durability. This is a defective product, not simply a case of changing my mind.

I expect you to take responsibility for the poor quality of your product, cover the return shipping costs, and issue a full refund.

This entire experience has been absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Da gusto comprar aquí. Las chicas son súper cercanas en el trato, pero a la vez trabajan con una profesionalidad impecable. Tuve un pequeño imprevisto con mi pedido y me lo solucionaron rapidísimo y de muy buenas maneras, sin ponerme ni una pega. Se nota que se preocupan por el cliente, por eso siempre repito.

Buen producto y rapidez en recibirlo. Volveré a confiar en la marca.

No boxes anymore, more expensive

La funda ponía que tenia protección en la cámara, cosa que era mentira y sobresalían las cámaras completamente.

Además tener que pagar casi 10€ para mandar la devolución por un error que no es mio, pues en fin…..

Sois unos grandes profesionales!!!! Os seguiré comprando

I do not recommend this brand, due to their poor customer service. I received the wrong item and immediately notified the brand via email and Instagram Direct Messages. Neither avenues have resulted in this issue being fixed. Instead, they’ve viewed and ignored my direct messages and have yet to respond to my emails. I’m extremely disappointed and will never shop with this brand again.

Tuve un problema con la carcasa que compré pero me la cambiaron sin ningún problema. Todo fue muy fácil y rápido. La carcasa es preciosa y la atención al cliente ha sido excelente. ¡Muy contenta con la compra! 😊

I had an amazing experience with the MUK Barcelona customer service team. I bought a phone case while visiting Spain as a tourist, but unfortunately encountered an issue right after returning back home. Even though in-store purchases usually have to be handled in person, their team went completely out of their way to find an international shipping solution for me. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and responsive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their care and help, and I absolutely love their phone case designs. Highly recommend this brand! 💗

The quality of the cases are awful - I got their most popular studded pink case, only a couple of months of use and it's fraying on the edges, it stains and u can't remove it, clothes colours transfers onto the case and it's impossible to remove. the worse of it all is the 'leather' removing from edges, it looks like such awful quality and I feel ashamed to continue using it. for the price tag, it's quite shocking! Quite expensive cases, I even paid extra for shipping as I am from the UK. Won't be purchasing anything from them again. It also takes ages to come. The anticipation.. not worth it, at all.

Muy buena atención al cliente. A pesar de no tener teléfono, puedes hablar con una IA y si hay algún problema te pasa con un agente a través de whatsapp que me ha solucionado el problema perfectamente y rápidamente.

Over 1.5 months since I placed my order over 140.- and I still haven’t received it. After a month, I reached out and asked for either the order to be sent again or a refund, and was told that the shipping company had messed up. Okay, fair enough, these things can happen. But now, two weeks after that message, I still haven’t received the goods. No update, no information, nothing. The communication and customer service have honestly been really poor.

It’s such a shame, as I really liked my first purchase, recommended the brand to a lot of friends, and was really looking forward to receiving my second order. Not so much anymore. :(

Really poor quality, I do not recommend. The phone case was peeling away after only having it a short time. Customer service was so bad, they ghosted me when I asked for a refund.
Extremely over priced for the cheap quality they are providing. Don’t waste your money!

I’d rate zero stars if I could. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a one-star review. Very disappointing experience.

A £40 phone case that doesn’t even fit properly, so I requested a return. I was then told I’d have to pay the return postage myself, even though this isn’t a change-of-mind return.

I politely asked if they could cover the cost and haven’t heard back since. Really disappointing customer service, enough for me to warn others not to buy from them. A big NO NO.
