Me encanta!

Son geniales

Muy buena compra. Buena calidad

A parte, envío súper rápido.

It was easy to order, takes a bit long to get the order but it’s fine.

The yellow case with studs that I got already has discoloration.
Some of the color have disappeared and also got color from being in my back pocket. This is the first time this has happened to a phone case.

Genial. Como siempre. Modelos
Exclusivos e ideales y entrega rápida a los clientes. Gracias por todo.

Very disappointed. The paint started peeling after only a few days of normal use, and after just one month the case was completely worn out and unusable. After about four months of the case sitting in a drawer, I decided to try to make a warranty claim. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was rejected, even though this is clearly a quality issue. I expected much better quality and customer service.

I ordered two fancy phone cases one was delivered immediately the second one apparently went lost with the courier but they immediately sent another one the same day that ordered super fast.
Very happy of the quality and all the support ❤️

¡Muchas gracias!💗

I’m extremely happy with my experience with MUK Barcelona. I contacted them via WhatsApp and received a response almost immediately. Their customer service was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, and they answered all of my questions with great care.

On top of that, their products are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. You can really tell that a lot of attention goes into both the design and craftsmanship. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend MUK Barcelona to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

Tried to do a return and no one is getting back in touch with me

Mil gracias a todas

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop. The delivery took an extremely long time. When the package finally arrived, I also had to pay around 20 CHF in import fees. This came as a surprise because I regularly order from international shops and normally don’t have to pay any additional import charges. I was also disappointed with the products themselves. In my opinion, both the phone case and the phone chain are not worth the price at all. The quality feels cheap and doesn’t justify what you pay. The phone chain in particular looks very cheaply made and is nowhere near as nice as it appeared in the product photos. Overall, the value for money is very poor. Based on my experience, I would not order from this shop again, and I would not recommend it to others.
