The EICR service was easy to use and a good price. They were booked to come between 8-12 and showed up at 8am. The certificate arrived the following morning.

Really good company. Very reasonable price - half the cost of other companies. Didn’t charge me when they felt one of the services I had booked wasn’t necessary. The certificate was easily uploaded on... もっず芋る

Very efficient

The booking process was very easy. I was given a window of 12-5pm. Sadly there was no update on the day of an ETA but the engineer did phone at 2.30pm to say he’d be there for 3pm and he was there just shortly after 3pm. Lovely guy, quick and efficient. The invoice was released promptly the same day and the GSC downloadable upon payment. All very efficient.

We’re really pleased you found the booking process easy and straightforward, and that everything felt efficient from start to finish.

Our policy is that the engineer will give you a call when they’re around 30 minutes away, so you’re not left wondering when to expect them. Because of the nature of the work earlier jobs can sometimes run over and things like traffic and parking can affect exact arrival times. We’ve found that this call ahead approach works best, as it gives you a more realistic and reliable notice rather than a fixed time that may end up changing during the day.

It’s great to hear the engineer arrived shortly after calling, was lovely to deal with, and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

Very Efficient!

Very easy to book appointment, great availability of slots. Gas engineer arrived on time, was polite and efficient. Received email with invoice post visit and certificate was in my inbox within seconds of paying. Would recommend!

Amazing service...

Amazing service - needed a gas safety certificate quickly and they were able to arrange an appointment the very next day. Engineer turned up on time and was professional and quick.

Easy to speak to someone i.e. no hanging on the phone waiting for ages (whilst being subjected to excruciating music) - was assisted by Stacey who was really helpful and lovely to deal with.

Excellent Customer Service from Stacey

The engineer did not attend initial booking but because of excellent customer service and communication from Stacey, the booking was rearranged for my tenant the following morning and my GSC was received with no further issues. Recommended.

Multi cert engineer arrived punctually


Multi cert engineer arrived punctually and done a professional job . I like to compliment the engineer because he took time to explain to be the safety and importance of having regular servicing. He also went round to test my smoke alarms in my house as a favor.

I have been using the services of multicerts for a number of years now. The service has been exceptionally good , my boiler and heating system is working efficiently and has never given me prolbems.
The engineers l dealt with has always been polite , efficient and punctual.
I would continue to use Multicert and l would recommend the services.

Very good

Very good, quick job, excellent. But only time frame like 8-12 am or 1-5 pm you have to wait.

We completely understand the point about the time frames. In our line of work, it’s virtually impossible to give an exact arrival time. Jobs can vary in duration, unexpected issues can arise, and traffic can impact schedules. The 8/12am and 12/5pm windows help us make sure every property gets the proper time and attention it needs, without rushing. We’d always rather be honest with our customers and set realistic expectations than promise an exact time that we can’t guarantee.
