I ordered then heard nothing when I finally threatened to show you up as Con people I got a phone call from someone I could barely understand then eventually got a parcel with a different product in it and again when I tried to contact anyone I've been ignored again so all told they could improve in every aspect. And I'm still waiting to hear about why.i was sent the wrong product

Have placed a few orders from this business. Items have always been dispatched promptly and received quickly.

I had a very good experience, very fast delivery, very good communication and contact throughout, only thing I wish they had more in stock than 4 but that's the only thing and thays not about the service which I'd totally use again very happy camper

it was left "with a neighbour" - no further instructions
I reached out to customer service and didn't receive a response
will never use company again

My order came so quickly, but I didn’t have one of the products in my order which had been paid for.
I then sent an email about it asking for it to be sent out.
Not alone was the product not sent out, I was completely ignored.
Really unhappy

Never received the items and the customer service is awful!

Still haven't received my order, having my order delivered by amazon shipping is useless it doesn't give enough information how and when to confirm, last minute message saying "Unfortunately, we ran into an issue when attempting your delivery" why I gave it 1 star as poor service.

Genuine branded products sold at reasonable prices and delivered very very quickly.

I bought hair care designed for black people on Saturday 1st Oct 2022, paid £2.99 for delivery and it was delivered via Amazon Delivery on Monday 3rd Oct 2022. Murphy's also provided updates as well as full tracking details.

I will buy from Murphy's Hair & Beauty again and I thoroughly recommend them - fantastic customer service.

I was sent a different product from the one I ordered (understandable as they look similar and have similar names). I put in a request for a replacement or refund, but have not received any feedback since.

1 star is high, I didn't order what was sent. Wasn't asked if it was OK to substitute. Swapped to a nut product. Rule 101 as a no no. Not happy with the service. Paid delivery for an item I didn't order and have an allergy too. No return slip in parcel. Very unhappy, basically just took my money! Won't use again and wouldn't recommend. If not resolved will be contacting trading standards

Absolutely Amazing service! First time buying from this company. I ordered four products and they arrived next day even though I’d selected normal delivery. Arrived packaged really well with Amazon delivery. So pleased and really well priced hair products. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you
