J’ai bien reçu mon colis et tous les produits étaient présents, à l’exception du pot de créatine que j’aurais dû recevoir grâce à une offre présente sur le site. Cette offre ne fonctionnait pas lors de ma commande. J’avais même laissé une note pour le signaler, mais elle n’a malheureusement pas été prise en compte.

Le principal point négatif concerne le suivi de livraison, qui est vraiment à revoir. Le lien de suivi reçu par e-mail ne fonctionnait pas et, sur la fiche de commande du site, aucun numéro de suivi n’était affiché. J’ai dû contacter le service client par e-mail pour obtenir mon numéro de suivi, ce qui n’est pas normal.

Le délai de livraison est également plus long que celui annoncé sur le site. Ma livraison était prévue pour le lundi, mais je n’ai finalement reçu mon colis que le jeudi.

Enfin, l’emballage est décevant. Le carton est arrivé ouvert, sans ruban adhésif supplémentaire ni protection intérieure (pas de papier, pas de film à bulles). Les produits se promenaient librement dans le colis. Heureusement, ils sont arrivés en bon état malgré tout.

Malgré ces points négatifs, les produits semblent conformes à ma commande. J’espère simplement que le suivi, les délais de livraison, l’emballage et la gestion des offres promotionnelles seront améliorés à l’avenir.

Mon colis n’as jamais été livré, ils ont marqué sur leur site que je n’ai aucun commande en cours il est impossible de les joindres ce site est une arnaque complet, ne commandez pas ou vous perdrez 60€ comme moi.

Dostawa w tempie ekspresowym, odżywka jaka stosuje bardzo mi smakuje i widze efekty po jej stosowaniu, do tego nie widziałem na innych stronach tych produktów które dostarcza muszle power.

Bardzo szybka dostawa do paczkomatu i szybka reakcja na zamówienie.
Wszystko jest 100 procent.!!!!!!

Ok ale zalecał bym lepsze informowanie klienta wrazie jakiś komplikacji

My order was never delivered and Mucle power are refusing to issue me a refund untill the reclamation process with the delivery company is complete. It’s been 10 days since my package was supposed to be delivered by GLS and wasn’t because of an incident. Muscle power is aware of the situation after several emails and phone calls yet they acknowledged that my order will not be delivered but refused to issue me a refund untill the reclamation process is complete. This is unfair and terrible customer service as I have paid for something from their company which will not be delivered and therefore I have every right to be issued my refund immediately when there has been confirmation that my order will not be delivered. After my last 2 emails requesting a refund was ignored I spoke with a memeof customer service today who said I just have to wait until the reclamation process is completed and therefore I have no order and I don’t have my money back. I am very surprised because this is supposed to be a reputable company with good products and fair prices but there customer care and service does not match up and unfortunately after this experience I will not order from this company again. I continue to wait for my money back.

Zadałem pytanie przed zakupem czy zamówiony spalacz tłuszczu ma wpływ na ciśnienie krwi . Przez tydzień nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi więc zamówiłem dwa opakowania . Po otwarciu okazało się , że produkt nie jest zalecany przy nadciśnieniu ….
