Great experience first time
Bright and spacious apartment with large balcony. Easy walking to central Ortisei village. Kitchen well equipped, the best. Good view of the mountain from bedroom window.

We had an incredible experience
We had an incredible experience booking our holiday rental through Muse. Excellent communication before and during our trip, we were even allowed an early check-in as it was very bad weather that day. We’ve used Airbnbs for years, but I highly recommend Muse and will certainly use it again.

Perfektes Appartement, tolle Ausstattung, großzügige Räume, gute Lage zum Zentrum, gerne wieder, wir können es zu 100% empfehlen, das schlechte, kalte Wetter haben wir mit Whirlpool kaschiert.

The apartment was perfect
The apartment was perfect! Very comfortable and in a very quiet part of town, yet still close enough to walk to the center and all of the lifts. The customer service was wonderful. They were kind and communicated quickly and professionally. I highly recommend!

Super Aufenthalt…
Wir waren als Familie 5 Tage und hatten eine sehr Gute Zeit. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top Lage nur 10 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr sauber, Dachterrasse mit Seeblick, kommen gerne wieder.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful!
The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with stunning views right from the property — you can see the beautiful scenery without even leaving the house.
The location is perfect for those traveling by car, as getting around is very convenient. Just a heads-up: it can be a bit tiring to walk everywhere, so having a vehicle is highly recommended.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay

Wunderschöne Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren Preis. Traumhafte Aussicht, fußläufig in die Stadt. Große Küche mit allem Zubehör.
Bei Fragen kommt innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein Hausmeister.

Wunderschönes Chalet mit phantastischem Blick. Ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet . Perfekt zum Entspannen und Runterkommen. Wir und die Hunde haben es sehr genossen. Sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt mit Soforthilfe. Für den Service allein 5 Sterne. Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

Soggiorno tra lago di Caldaro e borghi
Io e il mio ragazzo siamo appena tornati da una splendida vacanza a Caldaro. Eravamo indecisi e ci siamo fatti consigliare dallo staff di MUSE.holiday... ed è andata benissimo! Il nostro appartamento vista lago, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il lago è bellissimo per passeggiare nella natura ma anche i borghi (e le cantine!) vicini meritano una visita. Consigliamo sinceramente questa agenzia.

La ubicación inmejorable
La ubicación inmejorable. A pié de pistas pero tranquilo. Y muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Toda la información y seguimiento de Muse, perfecto. Lo único tener que dejar el apartamento tan pronto.

Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza, appartamento City Aurora a Merano molto sporco, tv priva di telecomando,(ho trovato una cicca dietro il comodino) riscaldamenti non funzionanti e pieni di polvere, divano bucato con bruciature da sigaretta, al terzo piano privo di ascensore ,( senza descrizione dettagliata ) ma la cosa più brutta è che NON è INSONORIZZATO e quindi la notte NON SI DORME evitate ...di prenotare a MAI PIU' !!Ho contattato più volte la reception
ma NON hanno risolto il problema da EVITARE..ASSOLUTAMENTE !!

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso il Suo feedback. Ci dispiace sinceramente che il soggiorno non sia stato pienamente all’altezza delle Sue aspettative, poiché il benessere dei nostri ospiti è da sempre la nostra priorità.
In merito al riscaldamento, siamo dispiaciuti che le soluzioni proposte dal nostro team non abbiano incontrato la Sua disponibilità nel momento della segnalazione.
Riguardo alla pulizia e all’isolamento acustico, ci rammarica venirne a conoscenza solo ora. Se informati durante la Sua permanenza, saremmo intervenuti immediatamente per verificare la situazione e rimediare a qualsiasi svista.
Per quanto concerne la conformazione dell'edificio, indichiamo sempre con trasparenza la presenza delle scale e il piano dell'appartamento in tutte le nostre descrizioni. Qualora avesse avuto esigenze specifiche di mobilità, saremmo stati lieti di indirizzarla verso una delle nostre soluzioni a piano terra o con ascensore, così da garantirLe un soggiorno senza sforzi.
Faremo comunque tesoro delle Sue osservazioni per continuare a monitorare la struttura e migliorare i nostri servizi.

Prachtige accomodaties
Wij hebben afgelopen week voor 5e x accommodatie gehuurd.
Goede service en bereikbaarheid. Accommodatie is altijd keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Wij zullen ook volgend jaar weer huren bij Muse holidays.

Dear Mr. ten Doeschate, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issue with the access to the apartment. We operated as quickly as possible to solve the problem with the PIN access system, which is usually very reliable and really appreciated by our guests.
We understand your disappointment regarding the ski pass voucher. As previously mentioned, it is up to the guests to inform us of their intention to ski, because not every one requires the service. A simple call to our office at the time of purchase would have been enough to have it ready immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not something the agency can be held responsible for.
We’re always there to assist our guests and we are sure your next stay will be completely hassle-free.
