I had a fantastic experience! Chantelle was so lovely, welcoming and knowledgable. I felt completely at ease with a new treatment which I felt nervous about prior to arrival. The place is stunning, clean and I will definitely be returning. Thank you :)

I came to Essex cosmetics today for my second time to see Mikayla. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I will not go anywhere else for my treatments, Mikayla is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly I trust her 200%. Highly recommend for quality service and results x

I recently had Tear Trough filler at The Muse, and I cannot recommend Charley enough. She has transformed my face, after also enhancing my lips. Charley is so professional and makes me feel totally at ease, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone :)

Nurse Chantelle is so welcoming and friendly as soon as you arrive. It just makes you feel comfortable, if you are nervous for the appointment. All the staff are friendly and professional. Even in the reception area it feels homey and cosy and not the typical clinical feel you would expect. Would always come back here and recommend friends the same!

I couldn’t recommend Charley enough! I get my lips done with her and she is always very friendly and talks me step by step through the appointment! My lips always turn out lovely and still look natural

Absolutely brilliant, been so many times before but just can’t rate this place enough! Only place I trust with my face

Terrible customer service, do not use this company. I arrived for my appointment and nobody was there, I was 15 mins early as requested on the booking forms. I rang the bell, called and emailed numerous times.

The manager then called me back and is extremely rude and unprofessional, she told me that it was my fault because I was early (even though it says to arrive 15 mins early on the form) she said the nurses were at lunch, however no sign was on the door and clients are not informed of this. They refused to refund my deposit for a service I haven’t received.

Their social media content is also terrible, they mock their clients and are extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.

I cannot recommend The Muse highly enough especially Chantelle who was so calming and knowledgeable I was put at ease at once. I had spent sometime procrastinating about fillers and Botox and having now had it done I can’t for the life of me think why I waited so long.
Being an older woman in the throws of the menopause your confidence takes a nose dive but Chantelle has worked her magic and it’s come straight back. I feel like I did ten years ago and am hugely thankful. If you’re having doubts don’t this place is the best
