I’ve been having Botox with Charley for a few years and she is fantastic. You have to have a lot of trust in who you choose and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Charley is a professional and will give you an honest opinion about what you do or don’t need, which is really important. Very happy with my treatment and highly recommend.

I’ve seen Nurse Chantelle for lip filler on several occasions now and she does an amazing job each time. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the procedure and puts me at ease and always makes sure my lips are super numb for the most comfortable experience. She is a diamond - I wouldn’t go anywhere else for injectables!

Had my appointment earlier today and really happy with the experience. Nurse Charley was super friendly and really helpful, defiantly felt I was in safe hands! Couldn’t recommend them enough x

I always love going to The Muse. I don't mind who carries out my treatments as all the nurses are knowledgeable, they are patient, explaining every procedure in a simple manner. The rooms are spotless, the aftercare is brilliant but most importantly if they think a procedure isn't right for you, they won't do it which is extremely refreshing. I have 4 different procedures and treatments done at The Muse regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had tear trough and lip filler today with nurse Chantel. She really is the best. My results are amazing and my confidence has improved so much. I have minimal swelling and no bruising. I will be back in the future for sure.

Had my lips done by michaela June 2021 and still had a good shape and plump then see Charley a few days ago for a refill and recommended 0.7 even though I went in for 1ml. They are extremely professional, knowledgable and so so nice that I wouldnt trust anyone else with my lips. Thanks so much ladies can’t wait to see you again!

The best of the best, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beautiful clinic with fully trained nurse practitioners so you know your in safe hands. Michaela or super woman as I call her is amazing and makes me feel wonderful again at 62 but all the girls there are super professionals.

I literally cannot fault Michaela. She is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through the technique she was going to do on my lips and explained the type of filler she was going to use. 10/10.

Very professional service I trust these nurses wholeheartedly with my treatment. Michaela is amazing at what she does. The advice is sound and I love my results. Had the wrinkle package, Botox and fillers and I love my face again 🤣

The best is the best. All the team are highly qualified nurses and some have previously worked on Harley street. They’re techniques are the best in the business. Mykeala has trained her team so expertly, and each nurse is so warm, explaining each procedure. They put you at ease. I had my lips dissolved by the team, and re filled. My lips are now perfect- natural and so much more inline with my face. Best in the business. The muse is unrivalled.

I saw Jess today for some cheek fillers. She was so lovely and explained everything to me.

I can see the results already. I would highly recommend her.

I have been coming to the muse/Essex cosmetics for around 3 years now. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else. They dissolved all of my previous bad filler from another clinic and we started from scratch! I have had all members of staff over the years and they are all just a excellent as each other. I just recently had a lip top up with Geminie, I hadn’t used her before but she was amazing. I am so happy with my lips they look so natural and I barely got any bruising or swelling. I bought the lip balm too after my filler and this really minimised any swelling too , which I was so impressed with. If you book with the muse you won’t regret it.They really know their stuff and won’t just take your money if you don’t need anything. Best in the game.

Love how Chantelle does my Botox, I was apprehensive/ nervous on my first visit but Chantelle gave me loads of information and put me at ease. This is my third time now and I wish I had done it much sooner! The place is beautiful and has loads of parking which is a bonus. Staff are all lovely too!

Highly recommend The Muse Medispa in Chelmsford. The Nurses who carry out the treatments are all very friendly & give good honest advice. Plus, I look and feel 10yrs younger!!! And the journey from Ireland to Essex was well worth it.
As a mother in my 40’s I wanted to look refreshed and as natural. And I’m truly over the moon. Thank you The Muse.
