Avoid this scam.

We booked tickets for the Jeronimos Monastery in Lisbon - this supplier was labelled on Google as 'official' but clearly that was not true. We got a confirmation to our email, arrived at the venue only to find the ticket was cancelled. No confirmation or contact to tell us this. Customer service were useless, and were told there were availability issues (so why did you sell us the ticket then?).

Avoid at all costs.

Bought tickets for the Pantheon. Followed all instructions. Got the the entrance at the time and the tickets were invalid. Requested a refund as we had to buy new tickets at the Pantheon. MuseumDeals then blamed us for not completing a step, we had proof that we did. Then they said, well they were good tickets so you don't get a refund.

The website looks great and professional but I didn‘t receive the tickets I bought shortly after I paid (I had to contact the customer service. Apparently they sent it but I didn’t receive it. Nor in my regular or spam folder). Furthermore I was referred to their website on Google Maps as "Official Website" of the sight I wanted to visit. I don’t know if this is a mistake on purpose or by human/machine error. Checking on Google Maps about the business address you cannot find a serious looking location under the address (blurred house). Therefore I cannot fully recommend the website.
