Auf der Suche nach Zubehör für meinen Bassverstärker bin ich bei Das Musikding fündig geworden. Gute Auswahl, faire Preise und eine schnelle Abwicklung. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass viele spezielle Artikel direkt verfügbar waren.

Die Bestellung verlief reibungslos und die Ware war sorgfältig verpackt. Ich habe verschiedene Teile für ein DIY-Effektpedal gekauft und alles passte perfekt zusammen. Die Produktinformationen haben mir bei der Auswahl sehr geholfen. Insgesamt ein rundum positiver Eindruck.

Ich spiele seit vielen Jahren Gitarre und bin durch eine Empfehlung auf Das Musikding aufmerksam geworden. Besonders gefallen hat mir die große Auswahl an Effektgeräte-Komponenten und das spezialisierte Sortiment. Man merkt, dass der Shop sich gezielt an Musiker richtet und nicht einfach nur Standardware anbietet.

It’s frustrating to leave a negative review, and I hate complaining but the customer service here was incredibly poor. After accidentally damaging a PCB and a few components from a kit, I reached out to Klaus in early March 2026 to buy replacement parts instead of throwing the whole kit away. He agreed and asked for €9, which I paid immediately.

What followed was three months of being ignored and strung along:

March – May: Multiple emails went completely unanswered. I only ever received a reply when I started a brand-new email thread, resulting in standard "sorry for the delay" excuses and empty assurances.

Early June: Tired of waiting, I requested a refund. Instead, I was told the package "must have been lost" and that "a new one would be sent via registered post".

When the package finally arrived, it only contained the components - the PCB was completely missing! Klaus mate - I've got nothing to solder them too! What a joke.

I have concluded this whole experience was a complete waste of time and resources. I HATE WASTE! I will never buy from Musikding again, I absolutely do not recommend them.

A very pleasant shopping experience. The website is well organized and easy to navigate, and the product selection caters to both beginners and experienced musicians. My order was processed quickly, and all items arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Keine Bestell-Bestätigung , keine Antworten, keine Möglichjkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme über Telefon. In jeder EMAil heisst es ... melde mich in 1 bis 3 Tagen ... Bis jetzt noch nichts gehört bzw. gelesen.

Für mein aktuelles Pedalboard-Projekt habe ich verschiedene Bauteile und Zubehör bei Das Musikding bestellt. Alles kam gut verpackt an und entsprach genau den Angaben im Shop. Die Bestellung war unkompliziert und die Produkte machten einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe bei Das Musikding bereits mehrfach Komponenten für Effektpedale bestellt und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl ist groß, die Beschreibungen sind hilfreich und die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders als Hobby-Musiker schätze ich es, dass man hier auch spezielle Teile findet, die anderswo schwer zu bekommen sind.

Purchased the DYI Echoflanger/dandy horse, from Klaus. Unfortunat a few parts was missing and one defect, so I contacted the Shop, with the list of parts. Only 1 of the missing parts is send, and the shop no longer responds to any e-mails send, requesting updates. It's 4 months since I purchased the set, send 5-6 mail asking for an update, and can't finish build and get no feedback at all.
Update 04-05-2026, after a 1 star review Klaus finaly reached out, and got the issue resolved. So updated the Rating to a 3 star, still way too long and not without alot of problems getting there.

Ich bestelle schon seit zwei Jahren regelmäßig bei Musikding und muss sagen, dass mich besonders die Auswahl beeindruckt. Ob Widerstände, spezielle ICs oder komplette Bausätze, alles ist vorhanden und die Beschreibungen sind detailliert genug, um die richtigen Teile zu finden. Auch die Beratung im Forum hilft mir oft weiter, wenn ich unsicher bin.

Bin total zufrieden mit dem Shop. Die Bausätze sind super sortiert, die Lieferung kam innerhalb von 4 Tagen an und die Qualität der Komponenten ist wirklich top. Für den Preis bekommt man hier deutlich mehr als bei anderen Anbietern.

Ich bestelle dort schon länger Kleinteile für meine DIY-Projekte und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Die Qualität der Bauteile passt und die Auswahl ist ziemlich speziell, gerade wenn man nicht bei den großen Elektronikshops fündig wird.

Für den Preis echt schwer zu schlagen, hab mir zum ersten Mal so ein Effektpedal-Bausatz bestellt und war überrascht, wie viel man dafür bekommt.

Als ich nach Bauteilen für ein eigenes Effektpedal gesucht habe, bin ich auf diesen Shop gestoßen. Die Auswahl an Komponenten und Zubehör ist groß und gut sortiert.

Meine Bestellung lief sehr gut. Der Bausatz war vollständig und auch flott geliefert.

Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen da was bestellt, es wurde angeblich losgesendet, aber das Paket ist laut verfolgung nur angekündigt.

Nach Kontakt mit dem Händler, konnte das Paket gefunden werden und wurde Laut Händler heute versendet.

Das Paket kam auch heute schon an.
Ich bestelle da wieder aufjedenfall, da eine große auswahl gibt und ich da auch schöne Projekte gefunden habe.

Ordered a tube amp kit on 25/2/2026.
It was intended as a birthday present for a friend.
The only reason I've ordered from this company was because the website said it was 'on stock'.
Received the kit on 7/3/2026.
When I opened the box, there was a pre-printed note that said that the transformer (one of the most important parts) and another component was on back-order. It did not mention when I was going to receive it so I cannot complete the kit.
Basically, 'on stock' means 'partially on stock' for this company.
Since the note was pre-printed, this seems to be common practice.
Very dissapointing and misleading, not to say fraudulent.
On 8/03/2026 I've mailed them to ask when I was going to receive the missing parts.
So far, no answer (and no birthday present).
I'm looking into the options I have to file an official complaint and to get a refund. I will return the unassembled kit once I've received a refund.

Update 13/3/2026:
I've mailed the company once more to request a refund. They answered almost immediately that they will receive the missing parts any day and that they will ship them immediately. I'm willing to give this one more chance. Hope I will not regret it.

Update 18/3/2026:
Today I've received the missing parts. Now I can start assembling. Hope everything goes smooth now, no more missing or wrong parts.

Conclusion: complaining and insisting does seem to help with this company. Eventually I've got all the parts. Was it a pleasant experience: no. Would I order again from this company: no. Pity, they have nice products.

....will manchmal Weile haben. In unsere schnelllebigen digitalen Rushhour sind wir es einfach nicht mehr gewohnt, mal auf eine Bestellung ein wenig warten zu müssen. Aber wer da ungeduldig ist, kann sich ja fertige Bodentreter kaufen oder andere Händler bemühen. In der Firma von Klaus Brunner steht eben Qualität und Sorgfalt an erster Stelle. Okay, es hat 10 Tage gedauert, bis die Bestellung bei mir eintraf, darauf war ich aber vorbereitet, so what.
Die Ware kam sorgfältigund liebevoll verpackt bei mir an. Sämtliche Zubehörteile sind von guter Qualität und einzeln (per Hand!) beschriftet.
Die Baupläne sind super und auch für Laien verständlich.
Es macht total Spaß, sich so ein Effektteil mal selbst zusammenzulöten.
Also, wenn man den Bodentreter nicht für den Gig am nächsten Abend benötigt, gönnt euch doch mal sowas. Die Freude am basteln natürlich vorausgesetzt. Wenn ich keinen Mist mache, und meine Bastelei erfogreich ist, werde ich sicherlich noch weitere Projekte dort bestellen.

Super freundlicher und kompetenter Kontakt. Und hey, "Gut Ding will Weile haben", habt auch mal Gedult. Hat auch mal etwas gedauert (Feiertage;-) aber in der Regel 1-3 Tage Antwort und Reaktionszeit!!! Auch aussergewöhnliche Wünsche (z.B: Bestellkorrekturen) wurden immer bedient:-)

Für einen 1-Mann Betrieb ist die Auswahl an Bausätzen und Bauteilen wirklich gigantisch. Es ist manchmal nicht alles lieferbar, Klaus hat mir aber dann eine sehr gute Alternative zu einem Bausatz empfohlen.
Das war gut, der Muff klingt wirklich fantastisch.
