Die Auswahl an Bausätzen ist tatsächlich enorm, wenn man weiß, was man bauen möchte, findet man sogar meistens ein paar Kits zur Auswahl. Die Bestellung lief auch glatt, ein Bausatz wurde nachgeliefert, das hat auch problemlos funktioniert.

Ok first off, I ordered this pedal THEN I came across these reviews!
Simply put, there are very few European website that supplies full kits for popular pedals, so it seemed like the logical choice.
I understand the frustration of the negative reviews, there is little to no shipping confirmation or minute-by-minute tracking. But this isn't Amazon/Thomann, it's likely a 1 man operation. You pay, pray and wait. And this what I did, and sure enough the pedal arrived.
However, minor parts are missing, e.g.: rubber feet / 2 small washers and nuts for pots were not packed (hopefully that's it). This can be solved easily from any hardware shop.
There is zero instructions for people who are completely new. However, there are some good instructional videos that remedy this.
Overall, it's a bit sloppy but I am happy to wait.

Update 1:
I finally had time to assemble the pedal, were the parts put together in the dark? The missing pieces I mentioned are a huge hassle to find and I will end up wasting time and money to get a handful of small but crucial potentiometer M7 nuts.

Update 2:
After emailing, I waited a week to get half of what I needed.

I am done. This company is run incompetently and it's completely random whether they will honour your order.

Bei meiner Bestellung gab es eine Verzögerung, da hatte ich Klaus direkt angeschrieben, das Problemchen konnte aber schnell geklärt werden. Sehr netter Kontakt, viel Erfolg mit deinem Projekt noch, Klaus :-)
Die Lieferung kam dann prompt, das montieren der Bausätze war sehr spaßig, ich habe sogar etwas dazu gelernt. Ein teil hat gefehlt, das wurde dann aber prompt nachgeliefert.

Hatte etwas bestellt, das angeblich innerh. weniger Tage lieferbar sei. Keine Ware.
Mail geschickt: Nichts
Dann Storno: Nichts
Paypal eingeschaltet da Storno.
Plötzlich Nachricht, die Ware sei unterwegs.
Annahme verweigert.
Musste weitere 10 Tage warten, bis PP endlich das Geld zurückzahlte.
Mehre emails dazwischen, nie eine Antwort.
Telefonnummer aus dem Impressung: Nicht erreichbar.

Bestellt und 5 Tage später waren die beiden Bausätze schon da. Sehr schön verpackt und sogar die Widerstände beschriftet. Der Aufbau hat dann auch super geklappt, die beiden Pedals machen sich jetzt super auf dem Board.

I made the order of one of these kits as a Christmas gift, and the entire experience has been a total disaster.
The most frustrating part isn’t just the broken components or the wrong enclosure being sent twice, it’s the dishonest way this company handles communication.

They ignored our emails for weeks. Then, the very moment a negative review was posted, they suddenly "miraculously" reappeared in our inbox, acting like they wanted to help. It’s now obvious that they only care about their public image, not their customers.

In their email, they gave us a ridiculous excuse about the missing parts being "lost in the mail" (after two months of silence, which is impossible to believe).
When we finally demanded a full refund, they said "okay," but then went silent again.
They are now intentionally withholding the return address and refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label.
They told us we could return the kits, but they are making it impossible to do so by ignoring our requests for the necessary shipping information. It has been a week of total silence since they "agreed" to the return.
This company is dishonest. They pretend to be helpful just to silence you, and then they "ghost" you the moment you ask for a real solution.
Don't be fooled by their sudden replies to complaints, it’s just a tactic to stall for time.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The worst support and shipping time. Shipping takes forever. I received my latest kit with missing parts, I sent emails to him, a week after I got no reply. I had to file a report to paypal, and 10 minutes after the report I got an email from him writing me that he will ship missing parts asap. Another week passed, I asked about him shipping the missing parts. Again no reply. So I escalated my report to paypal, asking for a refund. The guy just doesnt care. So now I am waiting till paypal dead line, end of month. Never again will I buy anything from this shop. The guy is the contrary to professional.

UPDATE 5 FEB 2026: He told me that he sent the missing parts by letter, so no tracking available. 20 days have passed, and I still haven't received anything.

!!!PLEASE READ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

​I am writing this to warn anyone considering buying from this company: STAY AWAY. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, lasting over two months with zero resolution.

​I ordered two kits (the Nightmare and the Daydream), and it has been a total disaster from start to finish:
​They shipped the Nightmare pedal kit missing a fundamental Integrated Circuit (IC). They didn’t even bother to notify me or ask if I wanted to wait for a complete kit. Two months later, that essential component has still not arrived, leaving me with a useless piece of scrap.

​The Daydream kit, which was intended as a Christmas gift for a friend, arrived with several broken components and the completely wrong enclosure. Had I received even a shred of decent customer support, I might have been able to source the parts and assemble it in time. Instead, their incompetence ruined the gift.

​But here comes the most infuriating part:
After a single, brief response to my first support request, the company completely cut off all communication. I have sent numerous follow-ups, but they have vanished. They are intentionally ignoring a legitimate request for a return and refund.
​It is clear there is zero quality control and even less respect for the customer.

So, in summary...They take your money, send you faulty or incomplete junk, and then "ghost" you when you ask for help.

TO KEEP IT SHORT
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Products are good for the price
Delay can be a tad long but I excuse it has it is mainly a one person business from what I understand.

I had a missing piece in my order but the reactivity was good and they sent me the part right away.

Ik heb een order geplaatst op 12-12-2025 voor een anomaly kit. Tot nu toe nog niks ontvangen en geen enkele reactie op de email. Gewoon oplichting als je het mij vraagt.

Le site est complet. On trouve beaucoup de références et de marques à tous les prix.
Même si le traitement de commande est un peu long, Klaus est réactif, il répond aux mails. Bref il est très pro.
J'ai acheté un clone de Blues Beaker et Plexi. Et ça sonne d'enfer !!
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Ich bin auf Musikding vor ca. 6 Monaten durch Forenbeiträge aufmerksam geworden und bestelle seitdem regelmässig Effektbausätze sowie allerlei Kleinkram zum DIY Effekt und AMP Bau. Die Qualität der Bausätze und Komponenten ist super. Die Anleitungen sehr gut. Zugegeben die Lieferzeiten sind manchmal etwas länger aber durchaus im Rahmen. Wie schon von anderen Kunden berichtet erwarte auch ich von einem Spezial Anbieter unseres Metiers keine asap Zustellung. Ich bin sehr froh das es Musikding gibt und bestelle mittlerweile auch Komponenten für Digitalprojekte sogar dort da mir ein kleiner ambitionierter Betrieb wie Musikding viel unterstützungswürdiger erscheint als ein grosser Elektronik Versand. Der Kontakt, Antwortzeiten usw. sind vollkommen okay.

Good quality diy kit and wery nice price. Fast shipping. (18 days Germany- Norway. This is as good as other small Companies i bye diy kits from). Happy :)

Highly recommended. Their service is very good. It isn't a "order today, receive tomorrow" kind of business, but if that is not a problem to order from them. They have a great assortment active, passive and other items. They are also distributor for other brands of effect kits and pcb's.

Good products but shipping time is awfully looooong.
Ordered 16 august but haven´t recieved the goods yet. And no answer on mail....
finally got my stuff. The shipping was out of senders control. I think!
Maybe that should use another courier!

This is an updated review since I bought more items.

Musikding is great. Just bear in mind that it's one guy doing all this so sometimes shipping can take a while and sometimes he doesn't reply to emails as soon as you'd like him to, but if it's important he generally priorities those it seems.

I've bought 4 kits with 3 more on the way. One kit was missing a particular capacitor and Klaus quickly shipped it to me once I emailed him about it.

The kits themselves are very user friendly and well priced and decent quality

Huge variety of guitar pedals at a competitive price. In the end, the pedals I have built sound correctly. However the employers of the company are very slow in preparing and shipping. I reported several errors in the material delivered, too.

Mixed experience with Musikding. My order was incomplete, and the first part only arrived after I contacted support.

However, the enclosure and two potentiometer knobs never arrived. After I reached out again, I was told they had been shipped — but no tracking number was ever provided, despite multiple requests. End result: no package, no reply.

Customer service needs serious improvement. If you order from them, double-check everything and don’t expect quick or reliable support.

Je ne laisse habituellement jamais d’avis, c’est une première.
Ancien guitariste de studio dans les années 80 à 2000, maintenant je suis aussi technicien guitare pour des groupes et artistes divers, parfois en tournée, j’ai passé plusieurs commandes chez eux. Sur les plus de 40 commandes passées chez eux, seulement deux fois je n’ai pas eu de problème. Il manque toujours quelque chose voire plusieurs articles pourtant marqués « en stock », parfois certains articles sont cassés (impossible qu’ils se soient cassés pendant le transport), erreur de composants etc…
Je pouvais comprendre qu’ils soient bordéliques mais certainement pas malhonnêtes.
Au début ils répondaient (pas sur qu’ils soient plusieurs en fait) et je finissais par obtenir gain de cause souvent après plusieurs semaines, mais non sans me battre. Ensuite, la lutte pour obtenir des informations devenaient de véritables bagarres pendant de nombreuses semaines. Courriers sans réponse, mépris le plus total…
Si vous commandez des kits complets, vous finirez peut-être par obtenir ce que vous avez acheté. Par contre si vous achetez juste des pcb, des boîtiers ou des pièces détachées, bonne chance. A croire qu’il(s) n’aime(nt) pas que vous choisissiez vos propres matériels.
Il faut aussi être vigilants sur les liens vers les docs qui pointent souvent vers des versions différentes des pcb.
En bref si je favorisais les petites entreprises familiales, j’y regarderai à deux fois quand elles sont allemandes, les Banzaï et autres Musikding.
En bref, fuyez ce site si vous voulez avoir une chance d’obtenir ce que vous avez acheté sans avoir à vous battre
