Reviews seem a little suspicious and I had to refund through paypal.
I had a pass that had to be changed to a skin of same price since they were unable to send the pass on time. During 3 months I tried to communicate but never received anything. They went quiet after I asked when I would receive my order or if I could get a refund. Owner also deleted my discord messages from their server when I said "it's been over 2 months and I haven't received my skin." Their small team has a lot of communication issues and customer service is not great, they would rather do twitch streams than run their shop. Better to buy from other websites! :)

15 days, and still got nothing

La atención al cliente está bien pero el pedido tarda bastante en llegar ( al menos en mi caso, llevo esperando 2 semanas para conseguir 1 orbe de 1€) posiblemente tendré que esperar más pero espero pacientemente mi pedido 😊

One of the skins I ordered wasnt available so i asked for a refund. And never heard from them again. Didn’t see any money. Really bad experience and probably a scam. Don’t buy anything drom this site

Yeah its alright

If I have to give this order a rating it's a 1/5. I got 3 out of the 30 capsules. There went something wrong on their side I believe, so they refunded the rest of my order. The good side is that I got to keep my discount points for a second order. The customerservice is great that's why I give it 4 stars.

Due to the small team and such it may take a bit of effort and time but otherwise really great, the team is really nice

I placed a bundle order that ended up being too close to the end of the event so I was advised the same day (28 July) that I would get a refund. I have yet to receive the refund AND I have not been able to get in contact with anyone through multiple channels/attempts!!

Unreliable, wrong information given

It is impossible to communicate with these people, they do not respond, they do whatever they want with people's time, a real waste of time.
It is probably scam.
It's better to buy things through the normal in-game store than to have to deal with these people.
Better not to buy from them

They do deliver the items you ordered, although their team is a bit small so orders will take sometimes a bit longer to fulfill but otherwise good service

Trust me they are great!! U have to join their Discord and they will help you A LOT. Fast delivery and great communication with the support!!
