Fahrer kam nicht, war tel nicht erreichbar!
Trotz Reklamation schickten Sie mir einen tag später eine Rechnung!!!
Ganz schlecht

This is an unorganized company with no control over their drivers. The driver who picked us up demanded full payment for the day and we were later charged again on the credit card. the company refuses to credit for cash payment collected by their driver. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves,

Wir haben uns im Vorfeld des Tomorrowland-Festivals einen Monat vorher um einen Rücktransfer nach Brüssel gekümmert und uns aufgrund der angenommenen Professionalität von Sixt für MyDriver entschieden, da es sich um ein sehr großes Festivalhandelt und wir in Ruhe bis zum Schluss feiern wollten. Nach der Buchung und Bezahlung von 83€ für eine Strecke von 40km schien alles perfekt, der Transfer sollte uns Sonntag Nacht um 3 Uhr abholen, da unser Flug um 8 Uhr ging. Sixt schickte eine Buchungsbestätigung und meldete sich danach nicht mehr, also machten wir uns keine Gedanken. Um 23:00Uhr! am Samstag zu Sonntag erhielten wir jedoch eine automatische Stornierungsmail von Sixt, dass der Transfer storniert wird und wir einen 10 Euro Gutschein für unsere nächste Buchung erhalten. Eine absolute Frechheit! Ein Anruf bei der Service-Hotline war auch kein Erfolg-der Mann am anderen Ende der Leitung lachte uns doch allen ernstes aus und meinte, dass wir doch wissen müssten, dass Taxis das Festivalgelände nicht befahren könnten und man von MyDriver ja nicht erwarten könne, dass sie jetzt "mitten in der Nacht und auch noch in Belgien" eine Lösung für uns finden. Da bräuchten sie schon mehr Vorlauf...(wie gesagt, die Buchung erfolgte Wochen vorher!) Daraufhin legte der Herr mit einem Lachen auf. Wir haben uns dann selbst einen Transfer organisiert, das Ende des Festivals verpasst und waren 7 Std zu früh am Flughafen...aber besser, als den Flug zu verpassen. Den 10 € Gutschein kann Sixt gerne nehmen und vielleicht in das Unternehmen investieren, oder am Besten für die Gewerbeabmeldung, ein Chaffeur-Service auf den man sich nicht verlassen kann, da spiele ich lieber Lotto, da hat man weniger Stress. Eine absolute Frechheit! Finger weg!

Meinen Unmut über die Vorgehensweise mit bestätigten Transfers welche 1 1/2 Stunden vor Abholung einfach storniert werden muss ich wohl nicht näher erklären.
Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, das man nach einem der größten Musikfestivals (Tomorrowland) in der belgischen „Pampa“ stehen gelassen wird.
Dieser Service ist absolut unterirdisch und der Gutschein (€ 10 bei nächster Buchung) ein Witz! Es kann nicht sein, das erst 2 Stunden vor Abholung ein Fahrer gesucht wird …
Jeder kann sich vorstellen, das nach solch einem Event KEINE Transportmittel zur Verfügung stehen – aus diesem Grund habe ich mich auch für diesen Service entschieden und entsprechrnd auch bestellt. Somit mussten wir über drei Stunden auf ein Taxi warten und waren dann auch gegen 5 Uhr zurück in Brüssel !

Terrible! Decided to give these guys a go instead of our usual car service. Booked a car to take us to and then pick us up from a party. App showed that an E class, registration xyz would be picking us up.... a ford galaxy arrived. Accepted the ride as we needed to get to the party. Emailed customer service to find out what was going on, and their reply was "we do no guarantee the make and model of car". Obviously they contract the rides out to minicab companies. Cancelled the return trip and booked with our usual service (imperial ride, whom I can recommend)

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!
Nous avions réservé une voiture pour venir nous récupérer à la sortie d'un concert à Barcelone.
Moins d'une heure avant l'heure de la course, nous recevons un pauvre SMS d'annulation sans aucune explication !
La manière de faire est totalement inadmissible et inacceptable car nous n'avions pas la possibilité de trouver une solution de repli.
Cela est d 'autant plus inacceptable que je suis handicapée et que j'ai des difficultés pour marcher !!!

Driver was not at airport to pick up guests. They had to take another cab to their hotel. The next day, an email came in confirming the trip. I emailed the company to let them know the driver never came and they must have had the wrong day. I told them to cancel the trip. I also called the driver from the USA to Italy to cancel, and he understood nothing (although he spoke english). They charged full price anyway. I disputed it with them and they demanded "proof". I sent the copy of the email, text and phone call to driver. They still would only refund half. Said this wasn't enough proof.

Taxi is the best and auténticall experience!
Other think no is a good idea and this decision go against you!

Same experience as indicated by others. The wait time is based on the SCHEDULED arrival time of the airplane and not the actual. If you are travelling internationally and need to clear customs and immigration there is absolutely no way you can make it in less than an hour. Was stranded in both Amsterdam and London and got charged for both. Terrible service!

I booked my driver first class service and had to cancel the trip as my arrival time changed. As I cancelled 5 hours in advance there was no problem and I received a confirmation for the cancellation and rebooked the card for one hour later. UPon arrival in Berlin there were two drivers waiting for me and I told them that I inly booked one car. On my way to town I called mydriver and explained the situation. I spare you all the details of this long phone call which cost a fortune as I use a uk phone. In the end the person on the phone said it might be a technical problem and they are going tomsolve it. The same day I received to invoices and complained as I did not want to pay for two cars. They insisted I had to pay as it was my mistake and I made two bookings. I sent them the confirmation of the cancellation and they said that I had booked three times and only cancelled one booking. I know that I have not made three bookings and I can not recommend their service at all.

Do not use this car service! They abandoned my wife at Pars CDG airport because she was 15 minutes late to get to the pickup point because of a long passport line. They also cheat on waiting times, measuring them from the time the plane landed, if you don't specifically specify otherwise. Fares are above those of normal taxis but the service is well below. They kept our entire 58-euro pre-booked fare and we had to spend another 50 euros in a regular taxi to get into Paris. This car service is awful. Avoid at all costs!!!

La voiture réservée pour le 22 août très tôt le matin. Le chauffeur était à l'heure, même à l'avance!
Très bon service! Rapide et sans mauvais suprises. C'est pas la première fois que je commande et pas la dernière.
NE PAS CONFONDRE AVEC MYDRIVER de SIXT. Une fois je me suis fait avoir...

We booked a driver ahead of time. Unfortunately our flight had been delayed while the airlplane door was shut so we were unable to use our phones. Given the fact that I had given my flight info I would assume they would check flight status prior to our arrival as they do in the US. Not so, our driver waited for us when we were still in the air. Our account was charged and no refund given. Please be advised that if you book a time, they will be there accordingly even if the flight is delayed. They do not check flight status. You're better off just waiting in the taxi line upon arrival in Paris.

J'ai commandé le taxi car j'ai un avion très tôt , le taxi est jamais venu.. j'ai appelé, le monsieur qui m'a repondu m'a dit , faute de mon compte mail (hein..quoi) et qu'il n y a pas de taxi... j'étais vraiment pressée à ce jour là , je ne cherche pas à comprendre ses raisonnements. Mais bon, pas de mail ou sms pour m'informer il n'y a pas de taxi avant mon départ ... cela me dépasse.

déjà a 4 reprises j'ai fait appelle a my drive toujours satisfaite et je réédite pour 1 cinquième

A la recherche de nombreux offre de taxi .. Mydriver m'a conqui d'autant plus que la réservation est facile à faire il ne reste plus qu'à faire le trajet !!

Habituée des taxis Parisiens . My driver n'a rien a voir . Poli, ponctuel , professionnel . Merci . Ce service est SUPER .

Chauffeur ponctuel et poli . Belle voiture et surtout propre. Prix fixe car ce sont des VTC et pas des Taxis !!!

My Driver devait venir chercher mon épouse à l'aéroport de roissy charles de gaulle. A son arrivée , il n'était pas là. Mon épouse a téléphoné : il lui ont dit il n'y a pas de voiture de disponible!!!!
Deuxième rendez-vous pareil: il n'était pas là non plus . ma femme a téléphoné et ils ont dit aucune réservation n' a été faite.
Un tel manque de professionnalisme c'est grave. je ne vous recommande aucunement My driver. En plus aucune excuses comme si ce qui avait été fait était normal et habituel!

We arrived in Paris having booked a car with mydriver a week before as we did not wanting to try to work out the metro on arrival from the UK. After a short wait and being hounded by the scores of taxi cab drivers ready to ambush us on departing the station, we met our driver at two thirty. The company had provided us with details of our driver's name and also rang us to let us know where he would be waiting with a placard displaying our names. Our driver Nathan was very pleasant, explaining about the sites in Paris on the drive to our hotel and the best way to get around as well as what to avoid. After feeling very apprehensive about our trip it was great to have someone so friendly to give us some hints and tips! We were dropped right outside our hotel, with our doors opened for us and luggage picked out for us. We had read mixed reviews about the service received by others but in all honesty we cannot fault the service we received and would highly recommend the company based on our experience.
