My bank account was used by someone else to purchase a subscription, and I disputed this by opening a support ticket, informing them I don't know who used my account, but I did not purchase or sign up for this, and asked for a refund and the subscription cancelled. The response from their team said: “as per the terms and conditions agreed upon registration the right to a refund is waived.” But I had just stated I did NOT register or agree to any terms or conditions. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. This is unprofessional and bad business ethics.

Some recipes have incorrect amounts of ingredients, try 2TSP of nutmeg in porridge, ugh! Also unable to download/save recipes from the app/website.

SCAM APP: I recently had a heart attack and my good intentions to make lifestyle changes that would include a heart-healthy Mediterranean diet plan, were rewarded with scammers offering an app that promises the world but delivers a clever con, wrapped up in Ts&Cs. All to swindle you into making a subscription payment for meal plans and recipes with all the bells and whistles, then expertly delivered with a healthy side of BS. You won't ever get a refund and the food guidance is made to look quite flashy, but offers erratic calorie counts and bizarre recipes that could very well cause further health risks to the uninitiated. Don't do it. It's a scam that exploits the vulnerable. It's disgusting and they should be ashamed.

Les recettes ne sont pas terribles, ça a été le parcours du combattant pour trouver comment les joindre. J'ai finalement utilisé cet adresse mail : support(arobase)mymediterranean.diet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is such a scam. I realized within the first few seconds I did not want this, but in order to ask for a refund (which is covered under the 14 day refund) you need to connect with their customer support. The only way to connect to customer support is by going into the site. Once you are in the site you have negated the 14-day refund. It is a scam which makes it impossible to obtain a refund. DON'T GET SCAMMED! AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!

Not worth the $$$$. The website is a collection of recipes only. It is located in Bulgaria. Unrealistic promises - it is really just a Keto diet that you can find for free online. Some recipes are decent; otherwise would be 1 star. Once you set up an account, you cannot find the billing details or when your account renews. Auto-renews every two months. UPDATED: When I contacted them via email (found on Paypal) and said the PayPal payments would not continue, they sent me an email to cancel the membership.

I am only putting 1 star so I can leave a review. I have checked with NHS. This is a scam. I was advised by GP follow Mediterranean diet and visit nhs website. I did and followed this link which states it’s NHS ITS NOT ITS A SCAM .

Parcontre l'application n'est pas suffisamment interactive, de plus parfois j'ai besoin d'un traducteur à cause de passage en anglais.

Impossible to cancel subscription. To request cancel, they have to confirm account, to end up getting reply of your account doesn't exist. Clearly it does because they keep charging my paypal account. STAY CLEAR OF THIS APP!!!

I cannot cancel my account, so money is still being taken out of my bank account DO NOT sign up

You cannot get information on cancelation. This company is in Bulgaria so BBB cannot help.

This app is appalling there is no way off logging what you have done it’s a complete scam just a cook book they will not refund your money even if you have paid with paypal

This is nothing more than a glorified recipe database. The recipes are very samey, with steps missing, no oven temperature etc and the plan doesn’t seem to be very sophisticated - salmon for lunch and dinner on the same day for example. Nowhere to track weight loss or what you have eaten, it is a complete waste of money.

Very good social media marketing led me to pay nearly £40 for a list of recipes and access to a website I will never use. They won’t stand by the 14 day cooling off period. Paid by PayPal so will see how my case with them goes. Very disappointed and angry with myself for falling for it.

This app / meal plan has very clever marketing on the web and social media that makes it look like a diet plan. It is nothing like it. It is just a very expensive list of recipes. They don’t give you a free trial, but if you do sign up, they force you to waive you right to a 14 day cooling off period, making it impossible to recover your money, even after only a few minutes of opening the plan in the website or app. The customer service team are useless and just give you a scripted email response, which I assume they have had to send to many people wanting to cancel and retrieve their money. On challenging their response, they then just ignore you. Do yourself a favour, do not waste your money and go and get recipes off on of the free Mediterranean recipe websites or buy yourself a Mediterranean cookbook off Amazon for a fraction of the price.

This website has no area to amend your personal details or change subscription.
The meal plans are copied from other sites and it’s not possible to even download/print. The shopping list doesn’t even match the recipes. Additionally, minutes after signing up, my card was cloned and £1000s was attempted to be taken out of my account. Luckily bank stopped it.

Site internet n'existe pas d'onglet pour accéder à son compte personnel afin de changer ses informations personnelles où son abonnement . On ne peut pas non plus imprimer le menu sauf la liste de courses qui est ne correspond pas au menu . Dommage.
