Ok so it's not a Michelin starred restaurant but it's certainly as clean as the other fast food restaurants I've visited. Cheap and cheerful and great value for money

Food has seriously gone down hill
Big Johns Lawley middleway - The food has gradually seen a constant decline, from burgers to to the pizzas, it's all bad. Do not be fooled by the change in menu the food is just as bad as before . The change in menu is only because they have increased the prices yet the food has certainly not improved. Most recent qualm: I ordered a pizza (phone order) , picked it up instore , it looked so dry and chicken looked expired it tasted off too. I wouldn't be surprised if they used out of date chicken. The customer service staff on the phone was rude and argumentative , we were aghast at how bad the service was and nothing to compensate for the bad food. The staff instore said they can't do anything because it was a phone order . Awful place. I have taken my custom to big fish (Coventry Road ) chips shop. So much better.

Happy with food and service
Great fresh food and great service from the staff in the restaurant/delivery. I'm sorry I can't say the same for staff in the call centre as I had a disagreement on their offer and manager spoke quite rudely. However, never underestimating their great tasting food, price and people in the branch/delivery.

Failed to reimburse or replace missing items.
Always getting orders wrong then have the audacity to refuse to replace or reimburse for missing items, I know it's only a chip shop but at least employ a manager with some intelligence. Totally refuse to use them anymore out of principle. Ps don't use Lawley Middleway.

Amazing Fresh Pizza !
Love the pizza , service . They use gloves to serve , you can sit down and eat in their restaurant , very polite , quick and prepare all toppings right in front of you. 5 stars from me.
