Brightwheel is great for communicating with parents . It helps us stay organized and have all the important information at out fingertips . It would be helpful to be able to put a date range in the calendar for multiple days off during school vacations instead if having to put in each day individually. Otherwise , we love it . We had to evacuate today and were able to communicate with parents effectively and efficiently. The app made all the difference - parents felt informed in a timely matter . Made a huge difference

I love brightwheel! I love how it opens the lines of communication between the staff and parents. I love receiving pictures and seeing how my child is doing!

I love it because I checked all the kids in my school and let the parents know how there child doing any time.

I like the idea I can see who is working , and what kids checked in

I would like to have the calendar available on the website to edit for classrooms.
Overall we love the app. It is making my job as receptionist a-lot easier.

Start up has had some problems, maybe provide more couching on what to do when you have problems with parents being able to get into their child’s account. Some parents, family, pick ups, would get invited but no code/passed to log into the sight. Or couldn’t access multiple children. Maybe a trouble shooting training

My staff and parents both love the user friendly apps & our communication between everyone is much improved. As owner/director it's reports make my job much easier. Do wish they would add a shareable menu feature!

I enjoy brightwheel because it makes being a teacher easier! I had troubles putting in everything for all my students in a timely matter before, but with brightwheels organization an easy to navigate set up it helps me cut that time in half!

As a teacher, I have found Brightwheel very user friendly. It is a huge timesaver in communicating with parents. I love that all of the information I may need from minute to minute is as my fingertips.

For the most part it’s great. Would like to see improvement in sending pictures, quantity is too small per person. And improvement is needed for some kind of a sign-up sheet for teachers to send out for parents to request items or volunteers

It took them 1 week to fix my log in connection as a teacher.

Excellent school management program that’s user friendly as well. With the ever evolving progress in technology , I want to see an enhancement that includes yearly reviews of child performance at school. Thank you!

Brightwheel has many great features but is missing a few. The customer service and technical service need a little improvement.
Fortunately, you don't need it much.

Brightwheel has become a great tool for staff and parents to better communicate any and all needs of children and parents and staff. It has also been a quick learn.

Really great program, I just wish that I could use it for bookkeeping as well.

I think it is very user friendly and a great way to share with parents!
