I use the app on my phone, it is convenient. Not difficult to learn to use. The ratio function is handy, however a refresh option would improve it rather than to resubmit the action each time something is changed. Overall it’s a very useful app. Great for providers and parents alike. Keeping the lines of communication open is a must when caring for kids and this app aids with that when lots of staff or different parents are involved.

I love brightwheel and all it has done to improve our program and mostly communication with our families. Everything is so user friendly and it has improved the childcare experience for our families, teachers and office staff. I cannot say enough good things about brightwheel and HIGHLY recommend it to all early education centers!

Bright wheel has been great for the preschool
/daycare I have been working at. Makes it easy to check kids in/out and has been beneficial in communicating with other workers and parents.

as A teacher it makes it so much easier to have direct communications with the parents and share the activities of the day with them! Love it!

Works fine. Not overly difficult.

Brightwheel is an excellent app that is easy to use and visually pleasing. Compared with other similar apps, I much prefer brightwheel’s ease of use and features. There are a wide variety of functions available, all of which make managing classrooms and communication much faster and more efficient. I have been using the app for years and will continue to reccomend it over other similar apps.

I appreciate the ease of using Brightwheel. I believe our parents are pleased as well. I did have some issues with billing features early on and I am very aware that they are making changes to have certain features we need and I'm excited to see all the changes. Once the new features are added I believe Brightwheel is going to be worthy of 5 stars. Thank you!

My Brightwheel experience has been great! A couple of things that could make i better would be attendance based billing and linking Brightwheel payments to Quickbooks.

I am more and more comfortable with Brightwheel. I am a premium client and have been for 6 months. My difference between giving 3 stars instead of 4 is while, you can email questions/ask for help, sometimes you need to speak live to BW. I do wish that reaching out live was more available. Yesterday, I had my first call and after 20 minutes I had many issues answered and I felt so much more confident in using BW...and since I feel more confident it will benefit my business tremendously!

As a parent and teacher I find this app very user friendly

We totally love brightwheel, especially since we accept public funding from our state and most of the time the children start in our center before the state system updates and having brightwheel helps us with keep accurate attendance that I can easily refer back to when back-dating the state's program. I love using Brightwheel. It’s been so convenient and easy to use. It’s one of our biggest qualities as a daycare for parents. It’s now part of our advertisement that we use Brightwheel. Parents LOVE seeing the updates of their child each day. The best part for us, no hassle of going to the bank with the online payment parents can make!

Brightwheel is such a fun and easy app! I love the convince of being able to leave a quick note or picture to the parents. I also love this app from a parent view and being able to get updates about my child's day right on my phone, especially when the work day gets busy and I may not have access to my email or a landline phone.

Brightwheel has made it easy to register, communicate with, and collect payment from parents.

I love the checking in and out, as well as the bill payment.
Parents love being able to set up auto-pay, and they can't get enough photos from their child's day at school!
