The process was arduous but the officer who attended to me via email was efficient, understanding and quick.

The service I received while applying for my new British passport was excellent. The assisting staff member (Jan) was consistently helpful, providing clear guidance at every stage of the process. I was kept well‑informed from start to finish, with timely updates that made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and I would confidently recommend this service to anyone needing passport assistance.

The company responded promptly to my questions and concerns. Jan was assigned to me as my advisor, who worked with me and gave me detailed progress from the beginning to the end. Assigning Jan was so important to the overall experience because I did not have to deal with numerous persons, which oftentimes lead to frustration. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. An easy and stress-free experience! Jan provided constant updates throughout the passport renewal process and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. Their guidelines outline, in advance, all the potential pitfalls which could otherwise have delayed the process.

Would highly recommend My British Passport.

For the most part my experience was positive- I received good advise and support through out the process - I was disappointed to have to supply an alternative identity reference as the first one had been approved and went through the on line process - this proved to be time consuming and expensive as I had to send off supporting documents a second time - I did not get a clear explanation as to why my first reference was rejected having first been approved

It was amazing to deal with a company/ department that provided fantastic customer service from start to finish
