Rigtig god betjening da vi henter Camper- meget flink udlejer - god information og en rigtig god oplevelse

Evething went well, I got video from owner and the car was already familiar when I pick it.
Gonna use MyCamper again.

From finding the right motorhome, making the reservation, the check-in to the check-out, the whole process was easy and simple.

I booked and confirmed my camper three months before my trip. I paid everything on time, including providing my international driving permit, paid full cost, and additional safety deposit. Three days before picking up the RV owner canceled it with a cheap “not available” lie. She said the rv is at rv service center but when I ask for the service center contact info she failed to provide one. My 9 day Norway RV vacation is ruined. Thousands $$ wasted.
After my booking was canceled, I checked with three other owners that posted “ available” for the dates that I requested on the platform. I messaged them. They all said that their RVs are not available. Even though the availability information is inaccurate, at least these three owners are honest and do not screw up people’s vacation like the first one did.

Habe über MyCamper einen tollen Wagen gebucht- es lief alles gut und reibungslos- würde immer wieder über MyCamper buchen.

The reservation went easy, the local owner hired two great young guys to do the check in and out, everything with the app and it went very smooth. The camper was checked together for damages in and out of the camper and pictures were made. Also rest of the attributes were checked.

Than we drove out for a great drive with the camper, everything was there, pots, pans toilet paper, spices, dishes,gaspit for cooking, clean sheets, fridge and toilet/ shower etc etc.

This is a complete camper and it also drives technically good.

Be ware of the width of the camper with mirrors along the small ways!

Vuokraaminen oli helppoa ja kohteiden varauskalenterit ajantasalla niin oli helppo löytää vapaat vuokra kohteet.
Vuokraajan kanssa asiointi sujuvaa ja kaikki toimi.

Pientä kehitystä voisi olla, että jossain lukee selkeästi että koko vuokra maksetaan kerralla ja alkutarkastuksen jälkeen vakuus.

Thé check in and check out is Well arranged because both parties have tot confirm and agree. No arguments afterwards. In generale a great experience! Thanks

In general a great experience.
In the beginning of the process it would have been goid to see if the requests sent was viewed by the renters of the vehicles we were interested in. Now it was just silence for 24 hours without knowing if we should check availability in another vehicle. Did they not even see the request or did they ignore it?
Please add review of renter and vehicle as separate entities. Also a review by the renters of us as customers could be good.

Warm days and cool nights in the car in western Finland.

Very good digital service, easy, but price is kind of ruining the experience when you realize Mycamper takes 500e on a 1700e week rent…

The booking site was clear, good information on the rentable cars. Everything worked well and was easy to use.

Platformkapitalismus mit horrenden Gebühren. Wie bei Airbnb und Co: Als Vermiete gibt man fast 50% ab – das macht es teuer für Mietende und Vermietende. Dabei ist ca. die Plattformgebühr 25% und die Versicherungsgebühr nochmals 25% – und dann wird noch alles berappt wie die Kaution und Stornierungen auch vor 30 Tagen, obwohl ich dann nichts als Vermieter erhalte. Kurzum Gier für – in meiner Ansicht – wenig Service – man macht ja praktisch alles von A-Z selber mit aufwändigem Check-In, das in meiner Ansicht vor allem da ist, dass keine Kosten anfallen. Mehr als 15% Kommission ist in meinen Auge nicht gerechtfertigt, aber die Konkurrenz schläft.

Very easy and safe way to rent a camper van.

The Citroën Camper was very nice and had a very low fuel consumption! Tha camper was well equiped and cosy. This company is great thanks a lot to Per and Frida!

Otroligt dåligt att hyra via My Camper. När vi fick problem med vattnet i husbilen vi hyrt har vi under två veckors tid bara fått AI svar och uthyraren hänvisar till My Camper. Vi blev tvungna att campa på ställen med vatten, toa och dusch pga fel på vattenpumpen i bilen. Utökade kostnader som vi inte hade tänkt från början. Hyr ni här så lycka till om ni får problem. Inget intresse från deras så kallade kundtjänst = AI. Uselt!!

Vi har haft en forfærdelig oplevelse med MyCampe, og jeg er dybt skuffet. Jeg vil advare alle i mit netværk om at holde sig langt væk fra denne platform.

Vi bookede en campervan den 15. juni og betalte det fulde beløb – 5.200 kr – plus et depositum på 3.000 kr den 16. juli. Afhentning var planlagt til den 19. juli. Men i dag, den 17. juli, aflyser MyCampe pludseligt vores booking.

Deres begrundelse? “Ejerens vogn er gået i stykker.” Det var alt. Ingen løsning. Ingen erstatning. Intet forsøg på at hjælpe os med at redde ferien.

Som om det ikke var nok, fortæller de os, at det kan tage 1–3 måneder at få pengene tilbage. I mellemtiden har vi allerede betalt for overnatning, aktiviteter og planlagt det hele med familien. Nu er vores ferie fuldstændig ødelagt, og vi kan ikke engang få adgang til vores penge for at finde en anden løsning.

De siger, de er “kede af det,” men det er tydeligt, at de er ligeglade, og de gør intet for at rette op på situationen

Dette er fuldstændig uacceptabelt! Jeg har nu læst, at flere andre også har klaget over, at betaling og depositum ikke er blevet tilbagebetalt – selv efter mere end 2 måneder!

Det er ikke kun rod med bookingerne – I ødelægger reelt familiers ferie og tager deres opsparede feriebudget uden at levere den service, de har betalt for!

Ett väldigt smidigt sätt att hyra en husbil och det funkade jättebra, dom vi hyrde av var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga, ett bra sätt att prova på husbilslivet.
