Several clients were booked in for 8am. I thought it was only me and that other cars would be staggered with their appointment time. Consequently, there was no order of attending to all the cars that arrived at the same time. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I rang after 2.5 hours and it wasn’t ready. I arrived after 3 hours and it still wasn’t ready so I sat in the foyer and waited. 3.5 hours in total. Apparently their wheel alignment machine had broken down. No phone call made to me to inform of the delay. Doesn’t instil a lot of confidence to book again. Gary was very polite and pleasant and handled angry customers with kindness and understanding. I wasn’t angry or rude and waited patiently but I’ll rethink returning if the booking system remains the same. I work full time and can only get there on Saturdays.

The guys were helpful and very efficient. The job was done quickly and up to a standard. And human-to-human experience was awesome!

I had my car booked in to replace the brakes, my car was in the previous week for tyres (so mycar Armadale had seen my car previously) I was advised brakes would take approximately 2-3hrs to replace so I stayed at the local shopping centre. I returned almost 3.5hrs later to be advised they had not completed the job yet as the incorrect part was ordered and it would be another hour or so until the car was ready. In future, being transparent with customers and having some communication about what is going on, wouldn’t hurt. If I had known much earlier in the day that the parts needed to still arrive, I wouldn’t have wasted half my day waiting and would have organised other arrangements.
Lack of communication is a huge downfall for a business and because of it I probably wouldn’t return.
However, the mycar consultant I spoke to when making my original booking was fantastic and was one of the reason we happily went ahead with the booking!

Very knowledge staff. They do repairs only if it's needed, not because they want to profit.very honest in recommending thing that needs to be changed after 5000kms

More information on the receipt would be helpful like battery charge, brake pad thickness and also that they did or did not rotate and balance my tyres as per my tyre plan. I requested the tyres done at time of my booking. Still not sure if they were rotated and balanced. Person that processed my paymwas a bit vague and it is not on my receipt that it was done.

One of the best stores i have ever visited and branch manager was very helpful .

I got lost coming back to pick up my car. The staff waited way past closing time, rang me and even came to pick me because I couldn't find the way.
