We changed / repaired tyres in the last week and this week easy to get in he looked after us , 10 /10 will definitely come back in the future keep up with your amazing service Sam.

Clear and precise explanation on what is going on with my vehicle and helpful with how long it will need to be fixed and beating the time they gave me. Would recommend.

Warren is a great mechanic and you can trust him to get your car sorted.

He got my car sorted and always find something to fix before it became an issue.

Staff and customers service was outstanding... I am confident all aspects of requested service was covered... While I did get an invoice I was not given a run down of what was completed during the service but thats the only fault hence 4 not 5 stars 😊

Great service.
We were stuck in Canberra with a broken down car. My car Belconnen were able to find the issue and squeeze us in to get it repaired and get us home again.

I liked the upfront honest pricing. Arrangements were made for a second visit for more major repairs.
A couple of complaints. First, I had asked for the battery to be tested and replaced if necessary. For some reason this was left for the next visit, leaving me with a dodgy battery in Canberra's cold winters.
Second point. I was told that parking at the shopping mall would be validated. When checking our I found that I needed to pay for a lengthy stay. Little alternative but to pay up with cars banking up behind me.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and professional and the quality of workmanship outstanding. Big bonus to be able to service vehicle and do tyres in the same place.

Great customer service & love how you can use Afterpay. First time here & I will be back for future car maintenance.

I explained i was needing my car back by 2pm at time of booking and again when I dropped it off as I had to collect children from school. When I called to check I was told that it would not be done until 3pm as they were short staffed. This should have been relayed to me at drop off not 20 minutes before the time I had requested for pickup

It was a pleasant experience servicing at Mycar Tyre and auto. They handed back before the scheduled completion time and 12 months road side assistance is a great complement.

Staff was well mannered,polite fantastic Customer service.

My experience with the fabulous team at MyCar Belconnen was welcoming and professional. Their work was efficient and well done - I will absolutely be going back for my next service.
