Helped put an elderly lady with flat replacing tyres at zero notice to get her home safely. Awesome young men. Give them a reward.

The guys were to the point, asked questions to me & were very factual with their vehicle assessment. I've been taking my two vehicles to this workshop for 5 years and the service is comprehensive. The reminder of next service sticker on the windscreen is always helpful.

Great service, good orices

This my second vehicle serviced in 2 days. Very happy with service personnel interaction and the work they did. Presentation of vehicle on completion was excellent. Happy with the price of the tyres and the logbook service.

The car was completed in the same day as advised, the problem was diagnosed and I was able to use Zip pay as have some money I can't access at the moment.

Bought set of tyres during Pirelli half price Black Friday sale. Arranged for fitment at Benowa branch to a second set of wheel rims I had. They called and day/time set to fit. Wheels dropped off and was told to return at 5.30pm, I couldn't so arranged to go back next day. Went back 80 kms and tyres still not fitted. Totally disorganised. No-one accepting responsibility. To the credit of a mechanic named Matt he fitted up then and there, however I found a balance weight fallen off when got home. Tried phoning store over & over but no answer, just a recorded message telling me I was in the queue, etc. so decided to go in and kept call open, and in phone queue half an hour whilst driving there. On arrival a bearded man boasted to be the manager reckoned phones working even though my call was still connected and in the queue and I put it on speaker for him to hear for himself. He outright refused to balance the tyre (a 3 or 4 minute job) 'cause he was just too busy. Yeah! Too busy standing behind the counter to get his hands dirty. Would have taken less time to fix than to argue and be disagreeable and stupid with me. So, dreadful follow up service at this branch. I'll go to another where someone is actually properly managing customer expectations and knows what service - and after sales service actually means. I guess you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff, fixed my tyre puncture promptly. I have used them a few times and it has always been a positive experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

The oil cap was left off.
Oil has leaked throughout the engine bay.
Oil is very low and I’ll be taking the car back to the shop on Monday morning, fortunately it is only 200m from my house so it can be driven there safely on low oil.
The washer fluid cap was also left off, the engine oil has gone through the washer fluid and contaminated the water which caused an oily film on the windscreen when the washer was used. Any damage to the engine will be the responsibility of My Car Benowa.

Quick and honest resolution of a puncture repair problem sorted

Mycar is close to home so quite convenient. The service was efficient and cost effective without trying to upsell or add uncessary charges.

I have been a customer for a few years and get all my cars serviced here and always have had a great experience.

Customer service was very helpful and explained everything that was done.
A call was made to inform us what needed to be fixed and the price before anything was worked on.

All went well, notified of wheel alignment, which was also completed following notification and prior to pick up. Only problem was "blossom clutter" from trees due to heavy wind.
