Potential and existed issues were reported clearly and drive more easier after service, although total cost is high.

Fantastic service and helpful.
Nothing is too much trouble even for the small things. I’ve been coming here for a few years and on occasion have dropped in with no appointment to fix minor issues without any concerns from the friendly staff

They were incredibly helpful, understood that I had a strict budget and worked within it. They also outlined all that my car would require that I couldn't afford and were able to make a plan with me to get to the most pressing to least sorted as soon as I could afford it. Very pleased with the work and the customer service from Ethan. Always happy to return to this site.

Mycar repaired a puncture for free due to the tyres being under warranty. I turned up in the morning and they repaired the puncture while I did the shopping. Wonderful reliable and professional service.

After Mg was just rude and flat out appalling with their customer service My Car went above and beyond to ensure the job done on my vehicle would be done right and under its warranty. I was after changing one tyre and called My Car to get quote accordingly. The sales person offered wheel alignment as an option which I asked to add as optional price. During the appointment while dropping the car for tyre replacement, I asked receptionist to call me to confirm if wheel alignment is required. They did the wheel alignment without my permission and charged me. I was expecting a call to get my permission to proceed with wheel alignment. I don't consider this as a massive issue but I believe that this could have managed in more professional manner. Except this matter, I had good experience for the task
