Gabby always provides his name when he rings me and when I ring & he answers. I don’t always get that same friendliness with other staff over the phone. They mostly forget to say the word ‘bye’ when our conversation ends.

I use mycar for all my service needs they have always been honest with what needs to be done. Have always done an excellent job.

Good service and behaviour and explain everything about my car which is very good to understand for me.

Brought tyres on Black Friday took a long time for Berwick my car guy to understand what I was trying to pick up and even when Black Friday sale was
Then as I wanted to take the tyres not fitted I noticed on my invoice that’s it shows I had them fitted and balanced
So does this mean in two months when I want them fitted they do it for free I think not

I recently visited mycar Tyre & Auto for a comprehensive service and couldn't be happier with the results. The team performed a 4x tyre change, rotation, and wheel alignment, which has significantly improved the car's handling.

What really stood out was their attention to detail—they noticed my spare tyre had a puncture, swapped one left ov, and ensured it was safe to use. They conducted all the necessary safety checks to make sure my car was in top condition. I truly felt like I received good care, and I'm confident in the safety of my vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

Booked in on Black Friday for January to get 4 new tyres. I rang the day before my booking to see if I could slightly change time I came to 1 hour earlier, which they happily changed for me.
Arrived next day on time and waited atleast 30 minutes at nearby playground with my kids before they rang and said oh your tyres haven't arrived yet. They will be here sometime tomorrow. I said just ring me when they arrive. Next day they rang and said they have arrived and to come in. I got tyres changed but then noticed either they forgot to put one valve cap on, or didnt tighten it as it was missing.

I would call this a 3/5 star. Could have checked day before if tyres were even there.

Did a major service which cost around a grand, which included brake fluid replacement. Afterwards, took the car to a different place to get the brakes replaced as MyCar’s quote was too expensive and the new place recommended replacing the brake fluid again. They provided meter readings indicating that brake fluid was not replaced, though MyCar’s Berwick team charged me for it.
Additionally, the car was still showing the message that it’s due for a service.

Also, MyCar’s team proposed replacing brake rotors stating that they were too worn for machining. The new place not only machined the rotors and also said that they can be machined one more time. Glad I didn’t get the brakes done through MyCar.

MyCar head office customer care team was supportive though and organized a full refund for the works with which money I’m getting the car serviced again as I’m not sure MyCar’s team had any of the things they claimed to have done.

Won’t ever take my car to this place and if you value your safety and the longevity of your car, I suggest staying away from them.

I felt like they were looking for extras to put on to my service and had to ask why this was required ( same with my son's service done recently). I know they were busy and it was a very hot day...but the pick up time changed twice and could have been very inconvenient for me to arrange someone to take me to collect

I am not happy with their work they did with my car
They just waste my time 2 whole days my car was with them Gaby, the mechanic at Berwick my car tyre and auto
And they didn’t even fix my car / the problem with my car is still there
But they just charge me money 💵
And no work done and my car fuel consumption which was the problem
is still faulty and it’s not fixed
I am very disappointed with them looks like they don’t care and just trying to rob people
I will never 👎 go to this repair shop again because they don’t know how to fix people's cars 🚘 , now I can’t trust them anymore. Very bad service and bad experience , very disappointed ☹️

My problem was fixed the day after I requested it to be fixed
