Very quick. They said two hours but it was only one hour and I received the text.
Person who served me was polite and friendly.

The service provided was excellent. My car is running smoother, although, more work is required on it. I was provided with a list of things which need to be addressed and told how timely the work needed to be completed. I have complete confidence in the work carried out, and the suggestions for further work.

I needed a pre roadworthy check on my car to put it for sale and they did and excellent job in identifying what needed fixing.

I found the staff to polite attentive and prompt.they contacted when my vehicle was completed

I told him that he needs to check my car as system check light is on and he didn’t. The guy was so rude and was not even talking nicely and his tone was like he is threatening me . Zero customer service and politeness. Never going back there again.

Seamless. Boooked-in-out-organised.

Jarred the manager, is very arrogant and rude. Will not recommended this place to anyone. Didn’t stick to time frame of service on the website, was going to charge ridiculous amounts to fix minor road worthy issues which I did myself for $30 not $350 which they wanted. Jarred was rude to my father on the phone, and was going to fail the car again for a horn that works, Jarred at the Broadmeadows store needs some lessons in customer service and how to treat people. Rude, arrogant and rip off.

The staff have been completely unprofessional they didn't explain to me the issues that I raised

They gave be invoice for additional fitting's to be done but no rational explained and didn't even confirm if there would be issue with driving

I was very impressed with the quality service and professionalism. Even let me drop my car off earlier so I could get to work. Overall very happy with the service and I will be back.

I am an old customer. Up to know I didn't have any issues with the stuff. Recently, I was waiting the whole day just for un essentialis service, the new customer office representative wasn't not either polite nor helpful.
