I booked a tyre replacement online. Really quick easy booking to make. Very nice guy on the reception/customer service desk. The tyre replacement was completed within the time frame given and really well done . New tyres are perfect and I am really happy with the amazing customer service provided by the Broadmeadows Mycar store. Thank you.

I had to have two tyres replaced due to pot hole damage. I also paid for a wheel alignment. I had to take my car back a few days later to correct the wheel alignment again as it was pulling to the left. I personally don't think it was done the first time. Not happy that I had to waste another day getting my car right when it should of been done correctly the first time.

Wasted $300 just for servicing on top of parts and labour costs. Only thing I could see is, just oil and filter change that's all.

Just got my front breaks done with new rotators and pads. The next day whilst driving I heard the same squealing sound…I rang up again and asked them “Why are my breaks still squealing?” Their response was that “The front breaks have been done and the mechanic has told me that you have enough padding left on your back breaks and didn’t need replacing” I then replied “So why are they squealing if I have enough padding?” His response was “Well you’ll obviously need to get you back breaks done”

I have never been so furious before and will never again go back there again!!!

Great service from the moment I walked in. I was expecting to get a quote on Christmas Eve for repairs to my vehicle. Not only did I receive a phone call with the quote, they were able to complete the repairs on the same day and my car was ready for pick up just after 3pm.
The customer service was amazing and my car drives like it’s new again.
I would highly recommend mycar Tyre & Auto Broadmeadows and I will definitely continue to take my business there for all of my car needs.

I attended the store on recommendation of a friend on the 19/12/24 and enquires if i could have a wheel alignment at short notice and was
accepted and done within the hour and on time.
Alignment was excellent and the service was courteous and professional.
They have my business in future!

I did a last minute schedule for my tyre puncture and they accommodated me. Tyres are fixed in 15 mins!

Very helpful and diagnosed and solved my car trouble 10/10 service and communication

It was easy that it can be booked online and paid online as well, all i had to do was drop my car at the designated time and pick it up when it was done.
Also 12 month roadside assistance with any logbook servicing is very handy.

After my servicing the windscreen washer fluid is not coming out. I tried and can't repair it myself. I think some electrical connections were disconnected during servicing.
