Could have been done faster but otherwise great

Great assistance in sorting the issue - assistance offered if problem arises in future.

I like receiving text reminders, and communication also via text. I like the service itemized on ehat needs doing in propriety to other things can wait. The phone call I received from Rocky to say my part came in was good. Plus, the girls in the office were friendly.

The lady at the front counter is amazing. I have watched her go out of her way to give great customer service and genuine care. I used to get my service to another company but I am only using this "My car" at Browns Plains. Keep up the great work including the mechanics that gave my car exactly what it needed. Keep up the great work 👍👍👌👌

Gave me a lot of confidence. Very organised and easy to book. Good advice provided. Easy to access for servicing.

My car battery was replaced without connecting a power back up so now my radio does not work and I do not have the code to reset it.
This is very unprofessional.
Every mechanic I have used in the past uses a power pack connected to the OBD port to prevent this happening.
Had i known, I would have used someone else to replace battery.

Polite and courteous, had it finished when the said they would. Even put the spare back up in its carrier.

Booked an appointment 3 weeks prior and arrived half hour early. Was advised when dropping of the keys that the job would take 1-2 hours. I returned 2.5 hours later to find they hadn’t even started. Was advised that Saturdays are first in first served regardless of booking time. Was not advised of this when dropping car there and then why was I told job would be done in 1-2 hours. Not happy, left without getting the job done as I didn’t have another few hours to wait around. Won’t go back to Browns Plains Mycar again.

The mechanics were understanding and profesional. Car was ready for pick up at agreed time with no hiccups. Prices are reasonable.

The Browns Plains team went over and above to accommodate and help us over the weekend. They gave us the information to have my vehicle towed to them and were able to confirm the issue and have it fixed same day! Considering my recent experience with one of the MyCar outlets I can’t praise Crystal and the team enough! I will be taking my car here for all its services and my partner too! And I have already told my friends and family to come to My Car BP too!

Great service, reasonable pricing. We will be back.
