Friendly, helpful and happy to answer questions/explain servicing and great customer service. They always do a great service on my car.

Team members were lovely and easy to contact via phone. Fit me in to be seen with almost no notice, which was super helpful and also fit me in on a separate occasion as a walk-in. Furthermore, they were also able to do additional services on my car, after my last minute request. Great priced (cheaper than I expected) and offer multiple complimentary services/ options, which are highly beneficial and appealing. Also honest with services needed, which is highly appreciated as someone with little car knowledge.

I booked my car in for 10am for new tyres to be fitted & was told it would be 2 hours. I went back at 12pm to pick up my car & it hadn't even been started on. There was no communication with me to let me know that it wouldn't be ready. I wasn't very happy as I wasn't feeling well due to cancer
treatment .
However when I went back an hour later to pick up my car they did redeem themselves & told me they wouldn't charge me for the wheel alignment

The service to my car was done and finish at a prompt time. The feedback to my car issues by reception was done by a reasonable manner and good suggestions were given.

Have always used Mycar Sunnybank Hills and now living in Browns Plains and found the service a little disappointing.Went to pixk up my car and was advised i needed tyres and some other things soon but it seemed they were so busy it felt like they were happy withme getting my service and that was it.may prefer to go back to Sunnybank Hills next time.Have been a customer for many years and spent plenty of money as well.Just found the service a little cold and uncaring when dropping off and picking up the car.Its as if they were too busy maybe over booked? A phone call and i could have said yes to new tyres!

I have been going to the Browns Plains store for my services for a few years, and they always do a great job. Even though they are very busy, they are very supportive. Services are well priced and they provide predictable quotes for the next service, so that you can plan ahead. Their roadside assistance that comes from their services is fantastic, saving me an RACQ subscription. They also provide great plans for tyres, brakes etc, which was unexpected and will save us money in the long run. The only challenge, and the reason for losing a star, is getting a booking when the unexpected happens, as they are very busy. Still the place I will continue to service my cars going forward.

Efficient and polite service from initial telephone contact to completion of repair. The price charged was even less than phone quotation. That’s pure honest service.
