I've ask them to change an air filter as it was noted to be changed at the last service in 2023.
The car was ready to be picked up about 11:30am but when I checked the invoice the air filter wasn't changed.
The pollen filter was also dirty but not changed as well.
When I asked him why they weren't changed he said they didn't have enough time. Really?
They are open till 2pm and didn't have a time?
The front brake pad replacement was also mentioned at 2023 service at 4mm.
This time it was worn to 3mm.
I've expected them to be replaced but he said it's still okay.
Is it really safe at 3mm thickness left?

Another thing I've noticed is my handbrake became very stiff and hard to lift up. I don't know why this happened after the service.

I'm not satisfied with the service I've received this time at all and I've already emailed your costumer service about my experience.

General service, tyre change and wheel alignment done. Great communication. Excellent service. Got my vehicle back running like a charm.

I took my car in for a (long overdue!) service, and found the people at mycar Burleigh Heads to be friendly, professional and thorough. My 2006 Yaris is running much more smoothly now, and I will be returning for future services and other work.

Burleigh have great service, support and are a really great team I trust with my cars.

Customer service was excellent both when I dropped the car for new tyres & also at pick-up time although it took longer than I was told when I booked it in - still very happy :)

Staff are always very friendly, easy to book in at short notice and they work fast.

Booked my Hilux in last week for a engine oil flush and new oil and a filter. I also wanted the driveshaft greased.
Told them the main thing that I needed fixed was the rear brakes as the rear cylinders are leaking fluid. I also said it may need new shoes as brake fluid might've soaked into the shoes. Also could you order parts in so you're ready. "I was told it's a Toyota and and parts are easy to get."

I was asked to drop the car off at 7.30am as it will be there the whole day. When I picked up the car in the afternoon, today, I was told they didn't do the brakes? That was the main reason for it to be there! I asked about the engine oil flush? No, it wasn't done! I asked about greasing the driveshaft? I was told it was done. hmm. and part of the the price of the service. As you can see from the photos attached that there was no grease put anywhere near the grease nipples. These guys are so unprofessional, lazy, and slack. Stay away from this shop as if they lie .about one thing you can imagine what else was not done right or at all.

Do not go there at all costs. None of the staff have a clue what is going on at the front counter and also the workshop. I got more response talking to the plant in the corner than the front counter staff. I won't be back.
