Booked my car in as there was a petrol smell in the interior. MyCar found the problem while I waited and Hayden referred me to an exhaust specialist. Great attitude, great service and it's no wonder I keep taking (and my friends do also) my car there for service and tyres. Thank you MyCar!

Good experience - I would have liked MyCar to put the time of the appointment when they sent a reminder on the day as I could not remember er and had to ring. It can take quite a while to get through so I would suggest that the appointment time goes on the reminder. Thanks

Experienced car trouble driving from Brisbane to Robina, after speaking with Robina mycar I was referred onto Burleigh.
Although they were extremely busy, Damien was super accommodating and was able fit me in. Very appreciative of the service I received! So helpful and kind, can’t thank Damien enough!

Very polite and helpful. Only problem the day I had my car serviced they were over booked didn't get time to change the air filter.

Had the back brakes done, told the person on the phone about the car shaking when under braking and was told this would fix the problem, worse now then before??. Also when picking the car up the communication from the manager was very poor. Been taking our family cars here for many years now and now very disappointed.

We had booked the car in for service and to check and replace other items. The car was booked in one week in advywith no time limit for the service and other repairs to take place. They completed the service and nothing else on the list including replacing a tail light that was out. Other items they said there was no time to fix included worn drive belts, tapper cover gasket, new seal for distributor. The reason for not completing any extras at all was an electric car was taking longer for a service than they thought, even though we did not need the car back for days. I said we can leave the car with you to which he said they were fully booked for the next week. We were looking for a good mechanic to use and you guys are definitely not it at all. We got no phone call to even advise they were running low on time.

We will definitely not recommend anyone else use you guys either

Very quick, thoughtful and polite. Reversed the car in out of the rain so my daughter and I didn’t get wet!
