The service I received this morning for a punched tire was highly professional and I could be seen straight away on a Saturday morning, I was so grateful. From now on I’ll be going to my new tyre place which will be ‘my car’.

No nbn so unable to complete log book service, have to take car back on another day for work to be completed, also had to pay cash with no receipt for the work/money

Easy quick and priced better than dealership

I was quoted one price when booking however when I picked up my car the price was over $200.00 more with no additional work performed. $509.00 for a minor service on a Mazda CX3 with no issues or additional parts used except for a cabin filter is very expensive compared to competitors. When I questioned the price I felt lied to as the worker stumbled with why the price was what it was. I will not be returning.

After being given a great price, I was told I'd have an hour and a half to wait for the job to be completed. I drove away after just 45 minutes!! Now that'z service.

Very friendly and understanding staff. I brought my car in for a service and I had some concerns about the car. The staff were knowledgeable and understanding, made the whole process painless.

I can’t thank the guys here enough for the amount of effort that they went through to ensure my car was fixed on the same day. Jordan and his Co-workers went above and beyond to find a particular piece needed to remove the tyres from my VW Polo - they went as far as ordering a new kit from Brisbane which was hand delivered to the work shop in Cleveland to ensure that my car was fixed and ready to go on the same day! A truly fantastic experience. I will most definitely be using their services from here on in. THANK YOU!
