Customers service is amazing

I dealt with Lucky who was awesome and super helpful.
He had my car in and my tyre replaced and out again in under an hour.

All round great experience. Good pricing and great communication. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Easy to book and make the right selection of tyres for my car. Allocated parking for Mycar customers means I didn't have to drive around looking for a car park. Advice on the condition of my current tyres and a recommendation for my safety. Quick service, 2 hours from start to finish. Great after sale services.

Came in stressed about getting a puncture in a tyre fixed before the long weekend, the guys there managed to squeeze me in and get me sorted with a new tyre! Prompt good service 👍

Dropped my car off was given a time to pick up. Went back and my car had not been touched. I booked it in for a certain time as I needed to be somewhere else.
When I voiced my concern to the worker he was dismissive and unapologetic.
Not happy at all.

I booked my service online, arrived and was explained the service. They rang me to advise further work required, explained why. Work completed before I started work. Very professional and MyCar offer road side assist for 12 months after servicing my car and a whole lot more than other service centres.
