Even though I ordered long size tyre, they arranged better tyre for me and had good service.

Great service, very quick and well priced. The mechanic was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was great. I had a slow leaking puncture and was done so quickly, last minute, on new year event. Took around 20mins. Tried pimpama numerous times, but they didnt want to assist. Coomera took me in a heart beat. It was covered under tyre warranty, but still they were willing to assist and got me back on the road within 30mins. Thank you coomera mycar for always going above and beyond:)

I continue to receive an excellent experience each time I get my car serviced here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The gentleman that walked out to the car and asked me to explain the minor issues in detail then went further by informing me of the early drop-off box available and recommending a movie to see to take some time out while waiting for the car - Thankyou, this service was remarkable. The team at mycar always explain everything clearly, they don’t try to upsell unnecessary services and they keep me updated throughout the whole process.

The service was completed on time, the pricing is fair, and my car runs better than ever. It’s clear they take care about their customers and in the work they do.

I would certainly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional, efficient, reliable car service every time. Merry Christmas guys and thankyou.

The team at My Car Coomera were excellent in the 100,000 km log book service of my vehicle.I was kept updated on additional service requirements on the day eg.wheel alignment and new wiper blades were suggested.We had a medical appointment early afternoon and the job was completed by the midday finish request.5 star effort,appreciated so much 😊👍

Great service. The job was done in less time than they advised.

Customer service is always good. This particular occasion had to drop the car off at 8am for a service. The car was not looked at until about 11am. It had to have a few other things done to it but it only took 2hrs labour & it wasn't finished until 3.45pm.
I also now its a busy time of year but I was abit miffed on time schedule.

They were upfront with all work done and phoned to confirm the go ahead plus the cost

Our main concern is the time it takes to get through to book via the call centre. This needs addressing as it’s very frustrating

I arrived on time at 8am and the customer service man put my car straight in for service to prevent me waiting around. The service was completed promptly and several minor 'watch items' were brought to my attention. Prompt and professional service!

As a Car Dealer and Rent a Car operator, I have been using MyCar for our Fleet Servicing. Always been good until now. But this branch, first time going there, charged $120 more than usual and didn't honour our regular pricing. The Manager claimed we ordered a more expensive Plus Service, which we never did and then refused to charge our regular price. The servicing itself was fine, but I don't like being overcharged.I hate it when someone will spend 5 minutes arguing but won't spend 1 minute to fix the problem.
