The Corio team were amazing from the booking to the actual service. I did not feel pressured to do the repairs that they found needed to be done, it was entirely my decision.
Fantastic work Corio and I will definitely be back and recommend them to family and friends.

Oil not drained out completely, o & oil filter not changed. Tyre rotation almost was not done until I pointed it out to the mechanic. Disappointing experience.
I would not even give a 1 star review if the selection allowed for it.

Was done to satisfaction. Was a bit of a shock for extra costs involved for things that needed to be done extra but at least I was informed on what was needed and all was fixed accordingly. The car is running smoothly and performing much better. Thanks heaps guys.

The manager at my car was amazing to deal with. Kept me in the loop at all time in regards to the repairs on the car and got my approval before going ahead with everything.
I will not be taking my cars anywhere else after this experience.

I have to honestly say l had the best experience with Corio My Car. From the moment of drop off to pick up. I got two new tyres for my car and they even blackened my other two tyres so all tyres look the same. The mechanics were all friendly and polite. This was my first time going to Corio MyCar but it wont be my last. I have no hesitation in recommending Corio MyCar and l will certainly be returning in the future.

When I pre booked the week before my service I was assured that the service would take two hours.
I booked in for 8.30 am start and was assured that the service would be completed before 12 noon.
Upon arrival the completion time was pushed back to early afternoon, I informed the staff that this was not what was previously told to me. I was most displeased as I had to attend appointments later in the afternoon.
When I rang at 1 pm I found that work had not commenced on my vehicle.
I instructed the staff NOT to begin working on my vehicle and that I would be there and retrieve my vehicle as I needed it to attend appointments, I did not book a service for a later date and have since had work performed by another business.

I booked my car in at mycar Corio and filled in contact details etc [including email address]. The work done was fine, no problem with that, but I now keep getting emails from mycar. I didn't ask for this and I sure as hell don't want to be pestered with emails from this mob.

I doubt I will go there again - the service and the work was good, but it annoys me that they would presume to add me to an email list and send me unwanted emails which I never agreed to receive.
