Good service

Very helpful and accommodating staff, easy to deal with - excellent customer service all round

The service cost me $1000 over the quoted price, then the car was playing up just days after the service. I called them and they said ‘sounds like the transmission’ - this was 4 days after the service. They charged more than everyone else and didn’t even run a diagnostic report, so for the fee of $317 I had an oil change and windshield wiper fluid. I’ve since checked their website and the highest cost for a premium service should be around $280 - so they just added an extra $40 odd for no reason. I ended up getting the basic service btw which should have cost even less. They upsold me $1000 worth of repairs saying it would be ‘unroadworthy’ without them. I knocked back the most obvious upsell items like ‘wipers a bit wobbly’. But the brakes are still squeaking. Have lost trust with this shop. I’m now having to bring the car back 7 days after my $1350 service since they didn’t service it properly. A waste of time and money and my car is unstable and it has to go back this week - classic ripoff unfortunately. Don’t use the Frankston shop, arrogant and untrustworthy.

Ben and the team were great.
Had a check engine light that came on on a hot day, turned out to be spark plugs needing to be replaced, asked them to do a complete check of the car. Kept me up to date and informed with what they were doing. This team is great highly recommend.

My latest experience with Mycar was great, it is already famous for its excellent customer service. Ben at the front desk at the Frankston workshop was communicative, friendly, and provided clear explanations of any issues and repair options. The offer of a guarantee on all workmanship and a guarantee on new parts is an added bonus.

Great friendly service done in a timely manner.

I had 2 new tyres fitted and all wheels rotated. All wheels were left filthy. No effort to clean them.
Also tyres were 20% more expensive than the local Bridgestone store.

Happy with the service but it took longer than expected to complete the work

The guys at mycar frankston are very friendly and knowledgeable and I feel I can trust them more than mechanics at more 'premium' garages

Staff are friendly but not sure about cost of repairs

I paid 188$for logbook servicing . They charged me additional 200$ for changing air filter and wiper. And my car tyre air pressure was low that my car indicator popped up, so I need to go and redo it myself. I am very unsattisfied.
