Don’t trust the tyre suggestions on the website even if you use your rego
I selected the tyres recommended on their website for my car (by the cars rego) and went to get them fitted. However, they were the wrong size. The staff then blamed me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault for choosing the wrong tyres. This was completely unacceptable and unhelpful. Definitely won’t be returning.

Exceptional Service Mycar Hawthorn
Went to the shell petrol station to pump up my tyre as it was flat. Couldn’t get the air thing to work, after realising I was in trouble, I went to the Mycar attached to the shell for help.
The guy that came was polite and very helpful.
The whole team couldn’t do enough to help us, the customer service was exceptional. I will be going there again for sure. Thank you

Good job, sluggish timing
They gave me a booking at fairly short notice and replaced two tyres that had nails in them, plus did a wheel alignment, all at a very reasonable price. I’m happy with the job, but the fellow who turned up at 8am on Saturday morning when my booking was didn’t have the keys to the office to get the job started. As a result, it took 90 min to get done rather than the, say, 45 min it should have based on my past experience. I would still go back to them, but would make allowance for a bit of disorganisation.

When you need your local MyCar at short notice!
Just showed up at my local MyCar on a Saturday morning as I'm a regular. I said my driver's side indicator front light was blown and could I get it replaced in the next 2 hours as I needed to make a drive around 10am.
Given it's only 1/2 day at MyCar on Saturday, and that I did not have a booking, it was the usual 'can do' from Jerry and his team.
I left the car and received a text with 30 mins that the bulb was replaced and the car ready. I picked the car up at 10am and paid the very reasonable charge.
