I had my car running low on coolant…

I had my car running low on coolant just 1 day after taking it to have service at mycar.
When I complained they told me my I paid for a basic service when I didn’t. I paid for a log-book service and when I requested to get my book stamped they lost it. I have called to get it back and since I haven’t get any communication. Worse service ever

Very Trustworthy Workshop!!!

myCar Hawthorn branch is a very reliable mechanic workshop. The booking process is very systematic and very up-to-date. I booked a logbook service for my 2006 Ford Focus and the experience was fantastic...surprisingly it also comes with a 12 month road side assistance service...after my experience here, I will no longer go to other dodgy workshops who quote me high prices to replace unimportant things...these guys gave me a recommended list of things to repair with priorities...its my choice whether I want to fix them...and I do feel my car was taken care of and even the parts/oil they re-filled/replaced were good quality stuff.....highly recommened....

Instantaneous booking to suit my…

Instantaneous booking to suit my timetabling.
Honest appraisal of time for pick up. Advise on future needs for repair ie. Brake linings, oil leaks etc.
Overall courtesy when asking about the general condition of my vehicle and welcoming smile.
