Despite being busy the service was friendly and the mechanic gave a realistic completion time. Never had any problems with this service centre.

the manager, hornsby , Westfield Shopping Centre, is very understanding, he and his worker did a good job...a fast and efficient one. My car was inspected and returned on time as requested.

Very good, but it doesnt seem to matter what timeslot you book or how short the job is - they always want the car all day which is irritating.

Quick service, reasonable price, got the tyres I needed even though not in stock.

Good service. Kept informed on progress. Car ready on time. Reasonable cost. Only problem was that the car was showing low tyre pressure which I pointed out and was still showing same when I picked up the car.

I did an inspection for $49. They did it quick within an hour. The online is easy to access and the supervisor and workers were very nice. The place was easy to go to and next to the shops so that was convenient.

Mechanics were very transparent and helpful.

Despite some issues with the parts supplier causing delays, Paul and the team at Hornsby were fantastic. Job done well and great customer service. Definitely recommend MyCar Hornsby.

I needed a pink slip for my car and mycar Tyre & Auto Hornsby was able to offer me an appointment the following morning. I was told the job would take no more than two hours from the time I dropped my car at the garage. I received a text message within two hours as promised advising me that my car was ready to collect. The staff were very helpful, and friendly.

On time, great service, repeat customer and will be back

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but my recent experience at your Hornsby branch has left me deeply disappointed.

I took my 2008 Toyota Corolla in for a service and to address some engine issues. After a consultation, your team replaced several components, including spark plugs, the ignition coil pack, front and rear disc pads/rotors, and a new set of tyres, totaling $2,600. While I was informed of these replacements beforehand, I was led to believe that they would also resolve the engine issue.

However, after completing these costly repairs, I was informed that the engine problem remained unresolved and that the only solution was to replace the engine with a secondhand one—an additional cost of over $4,500. Had I been aware that an engine replacement was necessary, I would never have approved the other repairs.

To make matters worse, my car was at least drivable when I brought it in, but after paying $2,600, it wouldn’t move at all. I requested that my car be towed to my home (just 7.6 km away), but instead, I was only offered the option of having it moved outside the Westfield car park for me to arrange my own towing at my expense.

This entire experience has been unacceptable, and unless a reasonable explanation or some form of compensation is provided, I will no longer be using your services.
