Fast service, good quality and trusted and quality personals

Not very good communication I responded to an email reminding me car was due for service I got a call advising it was for a different service and he wasn’t very happy also despite having called him earlier nothing was raised about battery level he waited till 2pm to advise this was a issue or make sure the lack of charge was an issue

Good phone response. Good on site service. Good work.

Excellent service - guy even took time to explain tyres etc to me as I have always relied on other people in the past. I now know how to tell my tyres are wearing and what to do. ….and he wasn’t condescending because I was female. Definitely go there again!

The whole process was very easy and efficient.

Just a truly lovely human for a face -to -face discussion on the reason for the larger than expected quote. I'd recommend this garage to family and friends. Aways helpful - on a previous occasion staff put on new hub caps which I'd bought elsewhere but couldn't manage because of arthritis.

On time service appreciated but would have liked to be asked if I’d like wheel alignment rather than your staff making a call not to do it. It takes a lot of time out of my week to drop off and pickup my car so prefer a fully comprehensive service at the one visit

Just great. They went beyond the call of duty. Changed the valve on our spare tyre in 15mins even though I could see that they were busy.

the guy I dealt with on the phone when making my booking and then having to reschedule was very patient and understanding. The guy I dealt with at the centre was easy to talk to and ask questions. The car was serviced as requested along with another minor issue all sorted, and the office rang me when they noted my wiper blades needed replacement which I authorised and the whole experience was very positive and the prices reasonable. When the vehicle was ready they notified me so I could go pick it up, very happy and will get the next service done here at Joondalup!

My 3rd experience with Mycar for different reasons and as always I found them easy to deal with, helpful, do good work and reasonable keeping within expected timelines. All in all a good experience.

Bought new tyres and 2 months later had a puncture. Mycar replaced the tyre free of charge even thought it was not their fault. Very appreciative of the excellent customer service and quick response.

The repair to my car was finished on time
