My MyCar experience at the Joondalup depot was exceptional.
I had quite a bit of work done in my car and the team there were amazing from beginning to end.
On arrival I was warmly greeted, and I felt my concerns were actually listened to by Joey.
The quote I asked for was emailed to me promptly and fairly priced,
My car is running very smoothly and I again thank the team for making my car safe to drive again.

Communication after work completed was lacking. Text message apparently sent but didn't do through; possibly an area to improve.

I booked my car in to have a puncture repair done. Even though the tyres are 3 years old, the puncture was fixed free of charge as part of the lifetime warranty. This saved me $49.99
This is the 2nd 'free' puncture repair I have had in 3 years.
The Service Manager was extremely helpful and polite.

Terrible experience at Joondalup. After expensive clutch replacement, car started shuddering. It took 4 frustrating return visits, many denials of the obvious issue, long periods of silent treatment and 7 months for them to admit fault and redo the job (only after independent assessment). 7 months that they wasted our time, 7 months we weren’t able to use our car and we weren’t compensated for. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

I felt they gave an honest assessment of work required & advised cost up front.
Will definitely go back for next service.

My Car and Tyre Joondalup has consistently impressed me with their professionalism, integrity, and honest service. They diagnosed issues with two different vehicles I own (serviced at separate times) with transparency and clarity, without any unnecessary upselling. Their reputation for trustworthy service is well-earned.
In contrast, my previous experience at Ultratu** Joondalup left me feeling misled. I was told my vehicles had exaggerated problems, which made me appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of My Car and Tyre even more. I highly recommend My Car and Tyre Joondalup for their outstanding customer care

The staff are honest and ask before going ahead with repairs / replacement of parts whilst car is in shop (stuff that is more optional, non-engine related)
- good savings there

Also, gave me a heads up that some of my tyres need replacing when car was ready for collection, which was cool of them : )

Brillaint driving now ; We were after a road tyre for Prado as only towing on road work and these Continental tyre is perfect .

Cheaper by a lot of $$ from my previous reputable tyre supplier.

I had a great experience with Mycar Joondalup, as their team provided professional and friendly service throughout. I am very happy with their work and overall customer care. However, They did lose some stars because I wasn't contacted to let me know that my puncture repair was ready. I had to go back to the shop myself to pick it up after 24 hours. The issue isn't the need to return, but rather the importance of following through on their commitment to call and inform customers. Despite this small hiccup, I am still very satisfied with my experience and would recommend them.
