The staff was accommodating as I had a flat tyre around closing time, and they did not have it in store.

The manager was accommodating he rang another store for tyres and requested fellow staff to grab tyres from the other store and they gave replacement tyres by 5.30

As I mentioned to Ken & Gabriel, I will not send my car for servicing at VW @Ballarat road- poor service.

Good booking systems online, friendly assistance from staff members

Unfortunately we did not go ahead with the repair.
We took it to another mechanic and had it quoted for less than 1/2 the price of what we were quoted at mycar.

It is disappointing as it is more convenient to bring to our local mycar, but unfortunately, we can’t justify paying more than double for the same repair.

Something mycar franchises should really consider to keep from losing customers.

Gabriel and his team not only provided their service professionally, they also acted with care and ensure my car is fit to drive. Best of all their communication is top notch and no question is silly and it was treated with the upmost respect and humour. It was my first time my car needing all four brakes to be changed. I was concern that parts were difficult to sourced and I will need to comeback again but the team at Keilor went the extra mile to get it done for me! I will definitely come back again!!!
