Quality service, as usual

Punctured tyre during moving home, guys were professional and quick with the repair/replacement. Back on the road within the hour.

I had to go outside to find the tyre size , all the while restraining my dog who was going off at the neighbours dog - pure chaos. The guys at my car continued the same friendly service and were on time as promised. Would o go back? Hell yes

Had booked my car in for new tyres and month ahead, only to turn up and find they didn't have my tyres, had to reschedule for next day which was an inconvenience, it's not like they didn't have a enough time to get the Tyres.

Took far too long and when I got there to pick it up it hadn't even been started. That is after it being there for 5 1/2 hrs. They then topped up the oil (over flowed) and told me it was ready to go. Charged $288.00 When I got home my husband told me what had not been done. He made contact with them to do it properly the next week.

Good efficient and friendly service

After having repairs to Boots on the front CV and a wheel alignment it was mentioned that I would need 2 new tyres plus another wheel alignment. Would have thought this was discovered while having car up on hoist and therefore the cost of another wheel alignment was avoided. I still need to book my vehicle in to have the 2 new tyres replaced.

My experience with MyCar Mandurah is nothing but positive! They always listen to concerns and put their customers first, they even remember the little details from the last visit you were there ☺️😂

Staff were friendly and everything was done pretty quickly.

The staff displayed professionalism and were very polite. The work was completed on time and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. I recommend this branch, I have had a few jobs done by them in recent times

I spent 660 odd dollars and my problem was not repaired. Other work was done that did not fix the problem.

MyCar Mandurah are absolute cowboys and should be avoided at all costs. I spent $1700 getting a rocker cover gasket, plugs ++ replaced and took it back a month later because of a concerning noise and after after investigation was told that there was oil all over the engine and the rocker cover needed replacing. You should have seen their faces when I told them that they charged me $1700 to fix it a month earlier!! Obviously they didn’t believe me but when the checked my history they had no choice. They did ( hopefully!) do the job again at no charge which is something but with this and other suspect experiences I have had with them I’m afraid they won’t get another chance. Be warned!

Always great service at the Mandurah branch . They are very helpful . Very trustworthy & always explain things so I can understand what the problem is. Highly recommend this branch for their professional service.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Booked my car in for a serviced and explained that it’s been making a sound that I have been worried about. When I dropped the car off they said they are short staffed and that it will be longer than expected. Received a message saying car was ready. When I picked it up I queried about the sound and what was causing it. The guy knew nothing about it and I said I don’t feel safe driving it.

Always good advise given with any other problems the boys might fine. No pressure for you to act on what they tell you. Also very friendly crew at Mandurah.
