Great service, friendly staff, prompt and no wait time

Since I have owned my car i thought it was running 🏃‍♀️ good as it was a one owner car but since having my full service n New injections n spark plugs n gasket kits throughout its like I've got a new engine with a turbo fitted its a total rocket now totally awesome 👌 a big thanks to Ben n de crew at mandurah mycar cheers guys 👦!!!!

Sorted us out with very short notice on an already busy day

Went in for 4 new tyres, dropped car in and had booked 5 days in advance. Get a call just over an hour later to say that only 3 tyres had arrived. I was asked if i wanted the new ones on or wait until they have all 4, i said to wait til all 4 had arrived. I was then told there was also some damage to one of my rims. Went back to inspect car and collect only to find they had still put the 3 new tyres on when i said not too, and also damage to rim which is now a massive inconvenience as I have to arrange everything to get a new rim. Yes the damage is being paid for, as it should be, but i now have to spend multiple hours out of my days to organise a new rim, the insurance claim with mycar and then getting new rim installed. No real apology given and was all brushed off pretty lightly. Then took car back a week later to get the last tyre replaced. Pick the car up and pay, then I get a phone call the next day to say I havent paid..... would of given zero stars if i could.

Your staff (what was left) ignored my request to change the wipers or my one tyre which leads me to believe that some other works may have been missed.

I have been using My Car Mandurah for years now, they used to be amazing, however, recently I could not be more disappointed.

I have not seen any of the trusted mechanics in a long time and the new "mechanics" constantly leave me asking questions.

Over several visits....

1. They told me they don't know what a brake light stopper is (small rubber piece that rac told me my mechanic can replace for me, as they break all the time).
2. They told me they couldn't get the right size tyre for my car and so the next size up SHOULD be okay. (I went elsewhere as my car has standard tyres which were available everywhere else I researched).
3. Had radiator replaced several months ago and now hoses collapse when cold and was leaking coolant near cap. They told me that they tested the system and there's no leaks so the coolant would just be residue from when they replaced it. I asked them, "after 4 months?" And was told, "yes, as coolant doesn't evaporate." I then asked,"well why does it steam?" Their response was ,"we checked the system there's nothing wrong, so just monitor it." I had to take photos of the hoses and leaking coolant before they would even listen, and i had to request a new radiator cap, as they told me it's not the cap, however a new cap has fixed the leak but not the hoses (which are good condition newer hoses).

I guess it's time to find a new mechanic as I have lost all trust in this one.....

The staffs are very helpful and accomodating.

The recent service was completed before time. The staff are always friendly. Whenever I have a concern with my vehicle they are always willing to give advice or recommendations if there's a problem

Availability and transparency

Stay away, well away. They advised fixed my puncture went to pick up and they said it’s not fixed. That was after standing in reception for five minutes listening to a guy swear like a trooper, talking about drugs. It’s all good went elsewhere and tyre now fixed. Do yourself a favor don’t go. MyCar Mandurah are run buy a bunch of drongos and druggies.

Didn’t seem interested in calling me re the 2 recommendations being done, and if they actually took it for a drive they would have heard the brakes screeching (no mention was made of that). They supposedly called around to find tyres I needed, supposedly “none in the country”, surprisingly I called Tyrepower Kelmscott the next day and had them fitted within hours.
Also most service places usually vacuum inside or freshen up the tyres or something but not this lot, couldn’t care less. 😐

Always have great service and staff are very helpful and polite. They try to do the best solutions for the problem.

I took my car to mycar after using Holden and a performance centre.
I wasn't happy with the service or non service I was getting from the other two but with mycar I definitely will be taking mycar back to them. I received a itemised invoice of all the work carried out on my log book service, and other work i had done on the same day.
