My car went in for oil checks/top ups - my display is still saying that oil needs to be changed 3 weeks later. I question whether the work was even done. I also have a tyre that keeps loosing pressure which is also showing up on my display and nothing was said nor were the tyres checked (assumed this was just a given.. guess not). There is also a noise coming from the diff.. no mention of what this could be or a quote to rectify. I bought this car 3 months ago and I know it isn’t perfect, i expected a prioritised list of what needs to be done to continue to feel safe in my car.

Mycar Marsden has serviced and repaired all my cars for about 9 years. They have always been consistently efficient, honest and courteous. I especially appreciate they don’t overpromise on price, so there’s sometimes a nice surprise when it turns out cheaper than quoted. This is honest, and it’s good business. They also are very realistic, and they don’t pressure us to replace parts before they can reasonably last longer. This is a clear change from many other mechanics, who have hit me with high costs that were probably unnecessary and which inflated their profits. Much appreciation to mycar Marsden. When you find a good honest mechanic, don’t move!
